Check which enemies drop Strawberry Pattern Panties in the H Monsters Pictorial Book. One who does early on is the Lord Loincloth for instance, though since it's usually a monster's rare drop, it's better if you bring a party member with the Treasure Hunter passive.
They also become available to buy in the shop once you finish the story.

Do you know how to get job panties easily? I'm grinding early dungeons to get enemy and map point drops, and they're rare as fuck. I've had the enemy drops show up 4 times now and got nothing. I read that aura combos raise the chance, so I've been doing that.
I'm going to try using Slime, she has snatch and treasure hunter, might help.

Only specific enemies drop specific panties, it's not like all of them can. This is a list of which enemy can drop which panties: docs.google.com
As for strats, yeah, aura combos and treasure hunter passives (which stack) are the way to go.

There is a gimmick for job panties: for the correct enemy to drop it, the enemy must have a little floating heart above it. If it doesn't it won't drop it no matter what happens. However if the heart is here the panty will drop 100% of the time unless you already have it
