This. Isn't even a hard game despite a couple stages and a somewhat annoying save system that faggots complain about, not a single bad thing about it.

But what if I completed the Green Label?

No one is that autistic anymore user

>didn’t beat crash one
Get the fuck out of my board

I beat it to 100% I’m just saying no one is that autistic enough to do that in 2019

If you haven't beaten Ghosts 'n Goblins twice, get the fuck out of MY board

>I’m just saying no one is that autistic enough to do that in 2019
>Implying having ADHD isn't a worse string of autism

What do you mean save states

saving to the memory card, or snapshots in the emulator?

Beating Crash 1 100% is basically the gaming equivalent of fucking the hot chick in high school. You’re basically a huge faggot and should kill yourself if you don’t

Can I play Stormy Ascent somehow?

I've done both

>beat
Yes
>100%
Fug no

Get the fuck off my board newbie. We all did it

Post a picture of your crt with the 100% save file and your dick so I know it’s really you, user-kun

Weirdly enough I feel like the stiff control scheme of Crash 1 made it easier to land your jumps compared to the BS of N.Sane Trilogy. I REALLY wanted to like the game but the hitboxes aren't much good. Hopefully Nitro Fueled doesn't botch the car controls or I'll be rather upset. If you know what you're doing Crash 1 100% only takes like an afternoon to complete btw.

Done. Now beat this game, no cheating!

>beat the original 100% as a kid in 99
>trying to beat the N Sane Trilogy and cant even get more than 5 gems

Send help

I've played it and I think beaten it at a friend's house back when (so no save states), but I think we passed off, and I'm pretty sure we didn't 100% it.

>beaten Crash
OK
>100%
fuck you

Does it still count if I had to look up which stages had the colored gems? Because fuck that otherwise.

user we’re not insane

Wasn't the remake of Crash 1harder to 100%? Talking fucky physics vs. the original's input lag (which was consistent at least).

It's harder because of gold relics and Stormy Ascent for 105%.

the fucking stormy ascent relic was the only thing I never got from the remastered trilogy. fuck that level

I have, multiple times. I'm thinking of trying to get all platinum relics in the remake now. I started with The High Road and managed to do it after about 40 min.

Passwords count?

I'm missing one cage. No idea where it is, gotta play it again to remember which level set it's in.

Are you crazy?

I 100%ed Crash 1, 2, 3, and CTR within the span of a month.

Jesus

You either have to hack you game or play the remake.

>muh cereal box game
who cares?

it's alright to use a walkthrough if you've exhausted every area, final boss is worth it but the ending is really weak
hey, I grew up with this game

I haven't, and I'm staying.

Dying in a level no longer prevents you from getting a gem so it's easier in that regard.

Haven't played CTR:NF myself, but most people have been saying that the physics are pretty much identical and all of the crazy boost mechanics are still there.

>>Yea Forums

Uh, that's wrong. You finish the level and it greets you with the message "almost perfect. But you died!"

Even more hilarious is that the gem now has to be picked up. And you don't get it if you don't pick it up.

This was probably the first game I ever 100% and did multiple time. My dad bought me it with his income tax return money and we were poor as fuck so it was rare. I got the chickenpox and just played it nonstop while i was stuck inside and missing school.

But i tried it 20 years ago and it was ugly and controlled like ass why would I waste my time on it when tomba was on the same demo disc

I used to get shitted on for my love of crash 1 but within the last 6 or so years its been talked about more and more. Are tlou zoomers just now discovering this shit?

>can't even cross-board
No, you leave.

Motherfucking based!

Wait, really? I thought that was just for colored gem levels.

That might be true. If so, then that's a weird arbitrary rule. You need the colored gems to get all the clear gems anyway.

What makes this game so hard to hundo?

I did 100% the remake, but i want to 100% to original someday.

timestamp

It was rediscovered as the masterpiece it is when Nsane came out.

>as the masterpiece it is when Nsane came out
it's shit compared to 2, 3, and Twinsanity

The other dude is right, it was changed in Crash Bandicoot 1 so only the colored gems requires you to not die in the level to get it, they removed that requeriment for the normal gems, I guess it was to make it not as hard to get all the gems in the game and see the true ending while still making colored gems special and harder to get.

Back then i was too old to play adult games.
What? Are you bragging you completed the original game now as an adult?
Yikes.

>shitted on
are you sure people weren't shitting on you because you're ESL?

Never played Rayman 1
How hard is this?

Suspicion confirmed

Literally everyone got stuck on the second world. And to actually fight the final boss you have to 100% the game and find all the cages which are kept in cryptic places.

you have to get all the collectibles in the game to unlock the final boss, so doing 100% is actually the only way to beat it.
Limited lives and just a lot of really frustrating levels towards the end (eat at joe's is a sort of infamous level)
won't deny that, but at least i'm not a speedrunner
didn't think of that

Attached: 20190515_084550 (2).jpg (1267x700, 173K)

you still have plenty of time to work on it buddy
sorry to be one of them

>Crash 1 made it easier to land your jumps compared
I've never liked the way landing while spinning carries your momentum in Crash 1.

t. 100%'d the original and the remake. Remake is harder simply because Platinum relics exist in it.

absolute madman

>(eat at joe's is a sort of infamous level)
>that gay fucking light forcing you to memorize where shit is
so fucking retarded

>timestamp delivered
well shit, now I have to do it too
