They added Denuvo on the Steam version but not on the one released on their shitty launcher. They just cannot stop fucking up. Sometimes it feels like an insurance scam, like when someone sets fire to their house for insurance, but in this case it's a hack game dev studio.
It would be even more hilarious if the game wasn't a mediocre tech demo. Anyways, post your face when you realize you're not Todd Howard.

Sometimes it feels like an insurance scam, like when someone sets fire to their house for insurance, but in this case it's a hack game dev studio. For most people, I'd recommend Steam's game list for Denuvo anti virus.
It's funny that they got this idea because it looks like they made a nice little video showing the damage a player can create and the way the game takes it down (which also showed that it doesn't work against anti-spyware protection, which is interesting). They also released this:
Here is the version that was in the store (thanks to @Ragdoss) in case you were wondering about the one that was in the store, which is not the same.
UPDATE (11/28/2015):
Denuvo has just released a patch (v2.02, now!) for both Windows (which is the version with Denuvo), consoles (which doesn't work that well), MacOS, iOS

it's last week's hilarious meme of generating shitposts with a neural network

>it's last week's hilarious meme of generating shitposts with a neural network
The fact that a meme is so useful doesn't really change that it's more than a simple tool, right? Well, not so fast. In the process of making it's debut, memes aren't only a tool of social media and entertainment, they're also a tool of self-esteem, a social bridge to help people avoid self-harm.
You see, memes are about building community, and, for this meme to work, it has to help people connect to each other in a meaningful, memorable way. And, the more that meme gets popular, the harder that needs to be worked. To ensure its continued success, a meme requires an endless supply of shitposts, which is the process of getting people's attention.
What's really cool about your meme, though, is that by spreading it across a wide range of social platforms, it's pretty easy for people to share the meme. So much so that the amount of attention someone can give a meme in 140 characters or less (that's how long it takes to get an email

Nah, I'm not wasting my time playing this shit

OP here. It's a mediocre game. I was willing to pick it up when it would have went on sale but they slapped Denuvo on it so I'll be skipping it altogether. Still funny that they've spent 100k to have Denuvo DRM and they forgot to actually implement it.
Do they have to pay for every platform they release the game on?
Alexander Cruz
What is it with Denuvo and people forgetting to implement it/leaking unprotected .exes? Are they just pretending to be retarded because they hate denuvo as well?
Nolan Fisher
>pretending to be retarded Since we are talking about Bethesda I don't think they are pretending.
Adam Richardson
Something similar happened with DMC5.

considering the cost of having that bloated piece of shit "protecting" your game, any publisher who hates it would not buy it. My best guess is they're utterly incompetent. Just look at the Fallout 76 shitshow. I mean, can anyone think of a way they could have fucked themselves more ? Maybe the timeline where that class action lawsuit would have went trough.
>considering the cost of having that bloated piece of shit "protecting" your game, any publisher who hates it would not buy it Even so, publishers and devs different things, even if they're all under the same company >My best guess is they're utterly incompetent But same thing happened with SE's FFXV, Capcom's DMC5 and I think I'm missing some other examples.
Can't wait for the performance comparisons and denuvodrones claiming it's just a conspiracy

On the one hand, bethesda actually IS retarded. on the other hand, these are the guys who packaged a securom-less exe back in fo3's initial release. so who knows?
Kevin Cooper
This shit happens way too often for it to just be a mistake, and I doubt they get any insurance money for it. There's obviously just people working at all these studios that hate denuvo as much as us and leaking them on purpose.
Julian Fisher
I appreciate your optmism but I don't think anyone working at Bethesda has any soul left to even think of leaking a game without Denuvo.
