Specials: X can charge his special attacks and store them like Samus. An icon will appear to X's damage meter to let you know which attack is fully charged. Only 1 attack can be charged at a time.

Side B: Shotgun Ice. Fully charged creates a platform which slides along the ground. Your movement speed when firing the weapon will increase it's power and speed
Up B: Dash. Acts similar to Lucario's Up B, however on the ground, X can jump and keep his momentum. Infact it is highly recommended that you dash jump before firing off a fully charged shotgun ice. Charged version becomes Speed Burner. A flaming dash. (X can't dash jump when using Speed Burner)
Down B: Rolling Shield. Shoots off a ball of energy. Fully charged creates a barrier which will protect you from 1 attack. Including fully charged smash attacks. If used right when a projectile is about to hit X, it will reflect the attack back but destroy the shield in the process.

My main philosophy for Kirby & Mario having " 64 counterparts " is because I love these iterations of both characters first & foremost, but I also believe that while completely understandable, Mario & Kirby being basic brawlers is kind of a disservice to how versatile both of them are, whether it be Mario's Caps, Power Ups & Movement options, or Kirby's myriad of Copy Abilities, but I don't want to take away characters people have grown fond of, so a 2nd version with aesthetic differences would be sort of neat.
