Sonic Adventure 2, but it's just Rouge the Bat's levels. BUT, it also let's you play Knuckles' levels and all the other character's levels in the game reworked into treasure hunting levels. (exploring open world versions of City Escape, Radical Highway, Green Forest, etc, to hunt for gems and emeralds, for example)
Finding gems/emeralds faster equals higher value gems and gems can be converted to cash, which can be used to buy tons of alternate costumes for Rouge.
Sega markets it as a tiny-ass, digital only game for 20 bucks. Do you buy it?

Stealth game about stealing stuff from heavily guarded places.
Starts of with simple simple stuff jewelry, then progresses in to more advanced stuff like important government documents or Chaos Emeralds.
Game would have a heavy emphasis on climbing around walls, hanging from the ceiling, and gliding around in order to not be spotted. Probably like a mix of the old 2002 Spiderman game and the Batman ones, but likely with less focus on direct combat.
