Tifa because titfucking.
I assume you mean music and not narrative theme.
I don't even remember Tifa's.

Tifa:

Aerith:

Aeris for sadkino
Tifa for comfykino
What? Tifa's is one of te strongest musics on FF7.
I can't wait to see in E, Cloud opening the door to 7h Heaven, slowly walking in and seeing her looking up and smiling for him as her theme plays.
For female characters:
Flowers Blooming in the Church Tifa's Theme > Descendant of Shinobi > Aerith's Theme
Cid and Cait Sith have the best character themes in the game though, unless you count Bombing Mission as Cloud's Theme in which case it wins out.
Oh god. i Can't pass trough the first three notes without crying in Tifa's.
Can't wait to see her guys
Daily reminder:
>Cloud falls down to Aerith
>Cloud is pulled to greater heights by Tifa
I WANT TO SUCK THE SWEAT OUT OF TIFAS FAT NIPS
Its gotta be Aerith's Theme i mean even normies have listen to this at least once .
The Internet is always boiling with the quarrel between Earisufags and Tifafags, with no regard to the large amount of weebfuckers that actually love Yuffie. She's got character, sexiness, purity and comes with no emotional strings attached
this
then Aeris' theme.
Daly reminder:
Tifa uses her tits to hold herself up
Yuffie sucks but her theme is good
Aeris forever
I don't think I can bear seeing her die in the remake, especially since they'll cram a lot more of her in there considering it's episodic shill garbage. They'll make her the perfect GF, and expand on the relationship and their dates, I just know it. And it will kill me. Because I know what will happen.
Aerith.
Cloud's theme is the first world map theme.
>Cloud can't take his eyes off those milkers even when hanging on for dear life
Are they the most powerful fun bags in history?
Better theme? Aerith's, by FAR.
Uematsu considers it one of his best songs he's ever composed for a reason.
>Best theme
For me, it's Zack
youtu.be
Tifa's was better in Advent Children
youtube.com
One Winged Angel was also better
Cloud's theme is Anxious Heart
i thought they said somewhere a while back that there would be a way to bring her back to life after she dies?
Yeah. Tabata is writing this part Dawn of Future style
god tier ost.
I'll pick Tifa I guess but best theme is
youtube.com
Tifa.
Aerith's theme has become synonymous with her death. Whenever you hear that theme, you think of three things. Elmyra crying her eyes out, Sephiroth impailing her through the back, or her body sinking like a stone into the depths.
It's a them associated with sad things, unlike the much more subdued flowers blooming in the church, which was her actual character theme, but was long since overshadowed by the sad everything is bad and you should feel bad version.
Tifa's theme was much more consistent in it's tone and usage. When you hear it, you think of Tifa Lockheart, rather than an event that happened around or to her. It's warm and inviting like she is, and even when they game was brand new in 1997, it had a feeling of nostalgia to it.
Nomura is directing the game.
Nomura's waifu is Tifa Lockhart.
Nomura is the one who suggested killing Aerith and elevating Tifa as the actual main female character during the entire second half of the game.
Even Aerith has expanded date options, you can bet your ass Tifa will as well.
And I can't wait.
Yuffie > Cid > Tifa > Aerith > Red XIII > Cait Sith > Barret
I don't agree. Unless you have official word of it?
Yuffie, easily.
Never seen or read that (guess you mean transformers?) so dont understand what you mean, do you care to elaborate?
>Aerith's theme has become synonymous with her death.
Aeris' character in general is kind of overshadowed by her death.
Nah. Like the extra content for FFXV.
Tifa tits,
aerith ass
nevermind im just retarded...google autocorrected to transformers wasent aware there was book...
Appreciate you user. Thanks for elaborating and not being a jackass.
Both are good, but Aeris is better. Tifa is the superior girl tho.
Theme rankings: Cloud (if we assume the main theme is his) > Cid > Yuffie > Tifa > Vincent > flower girl > Cait Sith > Red XIII (Cosmo Canyon is great, but his truncated version isn't) > Barret
Jesus Christ this is a hard choice. Tifa's has a lot more emotional impact but Aeris' is a fucking iconic piece. Fucking hell user, this is literally the hardest thing I've had to choose between in a long time.
>Cait Sith that low
>Vincent "The ultimate and final cuck" Valentine that high when his theme is literally missing half the instrumentation
>Aeris is better
>Tifa is superior
hurrrr
POST THE BEST FFVII SONGS

Considering Tifa's upper-body strength, I'd wager she could titslap your head off. So yes.
Undisputed best character theme in FF history coming through

I remember that little video. Good times.
Regardless, this is the best music in 7

I never really understood why Rufus needed the Tiny Bronco in Rocket Town. I mean' Shinra is the richest shit in the world, full of robots that are expensive as fuck to make, still they need a tiny airplane in a backwater village.
Fanfare > Prelude > Chocobo > Credits (FF theme)
yeah, that part is really stupid.
for the series, prelude
for ffvii, the battle theme (the bombing mission is really iconic too)
A lot of things in FF7 don't really make sense if you actually think about it, they were just conveniences to put in another fight and move the story in the direction they wanted.
Aerith, but Tifa is the better girl.
>no one has posted it
You faggots know you love it.
youtube.com
damn I should have included the chocobo song
I've never played through FFVII, I only played Crisis Core
J-E-N-O-V-A > Birth of a God > Those Who Fight Further > JENOVA Absolute > Those Who Fight >>>>>>> One Winged Angel
T B H both are pretty dope, but the one moment that sticks out is when aeris dies and the scene plays out, i thought how janky its gonna be when the boss theme kicks in for jenova life only to be mind blown when the theme cuts through seamlessly into the battle.
are there any other instances of this in gaming?
Aerith. Better theme for the better girl.
for me its night of seclusion, so fucking kino with the whole rescuing comatose cloud while the shinra army is trying to gut you.
Maybe uhh...
Midgar's wealth is so centralized that long distance air travel isn't super developed. The tech overall is mostly small helicopters or zeppelins, and they still cross oceans in large ships. So maybe the plane is a relative novelty and one of the few functioning models for this specific purpose of quickly hopping about the continent, and being in civilian ownership left in at risk of falling into Cloud's hands. Overall Shinra is still able to keep pace with the heroes, so it wasn't the end of the world. But for Cloud it kind of was a life or death moment to steal it away from them.
That's the best I can justify it. and are both right regardless.
>J-E-N-O-V-A
Love the theme. Has a Lovecraftian feel to it.
>Yuffie that high
>Barret that low
Shittu tasto.
I think he meant aeris theme is better but tifa is better girl
Jenova Absolute > Fight Further > Fight > JENOVA > Birth of a God > OWA
>Birth of GOD that high
>No Hurry Faster
My nigga. JENOVA Absolute is the fucking GOAT
My mommy:

Best theme coming through.

Thayys because best girl Yuffie is something set in stone, the other ones fight for the scraps
Prelude, followed by the fanfare.
I honestly forgot Tifa even had a theme.
>FF7 battle themes
>Lazy, boring 4/4 signature
>FF8 battle theme
>Based 5/4 signature
youtu.be
Tifa's theme.
Yuffie is the best girl.
1) She has no prior attachment to Cloud. Tifa bring the "childhood friend" baggage. Aerith confuses you for Zack.
2) She has more agency than Aerith of Tifa, going against Cloud's wishes and calling him out at times.
3) She's the hardest date member to get, except Barrett, but that's homo.
4) She's the only party member who kisses you
5) Unbuttoned shorts for quick access
my mako infused niggas
>tfw he finally got into space.
You're forgetting
>Extreme travel sickness just like Cloud, which is very cute
>Shera was right all along
>Cid makes amends by naming his new flagship after his loving wife
For a romance with so little emphasis in the series it's one of the best.
Anyone who says "Aerith" is a fag who didn't play this game in 1997.
This is probably the most underrated track of the whole ost, it covers the ambience and overall tone of the desert prison so perfectly. That moment of silence on the middle of the track is absolutely genius.
Also the only character to cry at Aeris' death
Aeris' Theme was the one song from the soundtrack that I got an mp3 for back in the 90s. Tifa's Theme really grew on me on later playthroughs tho, but I'll still have to go with the first one.
THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN
funny enough, that made me cry more than the actual death.
youtube.com
THIS is the best FF7 song. Fulfills its purpose as final dungeon music and the simmering climax about to boil over
Considered unofficially to be honest by a lot of the fans from over the years. The problem is it isn't labelled "Cloud's theme" on the soundtrack unlike several others but it's largely played in q metric shit ton of his scenes specifically and is the Nibelheim town theme otherwise.
THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN
The real debate:
Which is the comfiest FF track?
youtu.be
youtu.be
youtu.be
>Yuffiefags are actually contrarian
Holy shit, this image is still relevant even now
FFXV IS A GREAT GAME
it's a time for us TifaFags
>Spira Unplugged
I respect that, but needs more Besaid Island.
My waifu died before I even had a chance to swap discs.
>Chivalry requires a knight to look after his comrades-in-arms. I will not abandon you! And I shall follow you to kingdom come if I must. You remember that!
I fucking love Steiner
In other ways. FFX when finally hitting Zanrkand, you're in the home stretch of a long journey - the script finally caught up to it's introduction, so while the theme is relatively isn't exactly lively, that it keeps driving through the battles helps drive the scene. They didn't really capitalize on it well, because that "scene" is basically just the party charging through the ruins resolved to "fight sin", but instead of it leading directly into confrontation with Yunalesca, they monkey it all up with a puzzle and spontaneous boss.
He is too pure. I still don't understand why they paired him with Beatrix, feel out of place.
