If it's similar to the angelic set, maid and butler then no. Good for adventurer squadrons though since you're not holding back randoms. And low level dungeons as long as you're not the tank.

No. Exp bonuses only apply to exp gained from killing enemies. They don't work with the exp you get for completing a roulette either.

FFXIV 1.0 maybe. 2.0 forward has been a good game in general though. Lot of people that haven't into final fantasy or barely played the games have gotten into it. If you're a final fantasy fan ffxiv is a lot better though obviously as there are a ton of love letters to other final fantasy games.
