They said they were going to add in Curly as a playable character and stages from the older games via patch later, but i don't think they said anything about DLC. Patches do work regardless of region. (It's pretty easy to make accounts for other regions and use both anyway though.)

Here's why I think it's gonna get expensive:
1) The Japanese release features both English and Japanese
2) The English release does NOT have Japanese
3) The Japanese release sold poorly at first, which is why it has this insane price drop (so I imagine it will sell out like this fairly soon)
4) The English release seems to be getting much more attention on SNS sites, and is the first Umihara game to launch in the west with a proper phsyical release
5) It's still a good game, so if it gets attention in the West, Japanese people who want to play it would have to resort to the now sold-out JP release since the US game doesn't have JP language.

Call it a hunch, but I think this shit's gonna be one of the more sought-after switch games. Kinda like how it went with the original Umihara Kawase.

the left one says it's the limited edition, so I think that's the version that comes with the calendar.

UK is so fucking niche the only notoriety it has is that arino played it once and commented that she got huge knockers. It is vaporwave, chillfunk mix of video game.

Depends on your personality and body type. If you're very confident or just a big guy you can probably get away with 'ore.' The vast majority of Japanese men use this. Most people browsing Yea Forums at this hour would probably do best with 'boku.'

Jibun works best in most situations anyway, since it's completely neutral. Just don't go around saying retarded shit like 'wagahai'.

You'll mainly be using 'jibun' in business sessions anyway. Boku is inoffensive in casual business situations, but you'll be using Watashi in more formal business situations like interactions with other companies.

I haven't played this one but the series is casual, it doesn't treat players like idiots though and you can take it seriously and still have a good time.
