Really depends on your level. 60 and below has high chance of several moves one shot one or more characters by sheer RNG. But above 60 it becomes much easier and less likely to lose characters to RNG damage.
Also if you figure out how its ATB works it becomes much more manageable to deal with its bullshit.

I think his lore was supposed to be like that of yokai, where they're made from the collective consciousness of the people thinking they exist. Since Ozma's been sealed for a long time, people have forgotten about him, and he lost a concrete physical form. The ball design might be an abstraction of that formless deity idea. Or maybe I'm just a retard and I'm sorry about that.
