Did you expect a 100 hour game? All of these single player offline affairs are 20-30 hours if you are lucky and only if you intend to search every nook and cranny.

If they'd made something that was going to be 10 hours long, $50 and with no improvement to the mechanics or presentation then it'd be taking the piss. I haven't been this conflicted about a title for a very very long time.

At one hand it looks absolutely stunning and what seems to be a labour of love and passion.
Also no niggers, no jews, no trannies and forced contemporary politics. A game set in middle ages europe is quite rare in this day and age.
On the other hand it is rather barebone in gameplay mechanics and is heavily on the cinematic walking simulator side - aka things I loathe and despise about the modern video games industry.

Highly unlikely, the devs went out of their way to get architecture and stuff right, drawing inspiration from paintings and medieval buildings in France.
