I don't think you know what "cyberpunk" is. Having neon colors and some future tech is not cyberpunk, especially when thrown into the mad max ripoff world. I enjoyed the first rage (bought it used for $2 and it was worth it) but CDPR have not disappointed... Witcher 3 was the best fantasy RPG ever made. Way better than Skyrim.
