The free weights section shall BOW BEFORE DOOM
What the hell does that have to do with anything?
A lot of SF music works for me. The SF4 trial theme works for me during running when maintaining pace during a run.

Also, music from the new Doom.

Just dumb bells isn't gonna be good for much beyond extremely basic calisthenics. A big part of weight training is increasing the weight, after all. But that said, calisthenics are fine if you just want to keep in shape. To that end, here are some basic dumb bell exercises for most of the body.
Wrist curls (Forearms)
Overhead reverse curls (Triceps)
Overhead press (Shoulder/upper back)
Classic curls (Biceps)
Dumb bell press (Chest/biceps)
Weighted sit ups (abdominal core)
Dumb bell squats (Core/Buttocks/Quads)
Not much, but better than nothing.
>someone posted Iridion3D
Man I feel like the only person that played that game. That soundtrack was seriously bad ass, it's a complete travesty Manfred Linzer never really did anything else.
Fuck yeah dude, shit was rad as fuck

it's a goddamn shame
Wow, someone else who knows about Iridion 3D. I had that game when I was around 7 years old. Got me in to arcade style shoot em ups. Forgot how good the music was.
Speaking of music for working out, what kind of headphones do you use at the gym? I've got these but sweat keeps getting in my ear using the rubber tips and I don't think foam tips will do any better.
Also, F Zero music is pretty great for when jogging/running youtu.be
I just use any reasonably priced bluetooth set that has earhooks. I personally never had an issue with ear sweat though.

I find anime music slightly better to work out to because they abuse that "full stop instruments before doubling on the chorus" thing, I dunno what its called but any time I hear that shit for a brief moment I'm sixteen times my strength for a few more reps then its back to my loser self

Gotta go with the wizards.
