Itt: buyers remorse
Shadow of the Colossus is my most recent buyer's remorse.
ff13 may have ruined jrpg's for me
I hated that I wasted money on fucking Overwatch. I had hopes for it, the beta was great and I enjoyed the first few months. But the updates are so fucking slow outside of releasing fucking cosmetics. There have been nine fucking maps released since launch (excluding event maps and Arcade maps obviously). Even with how slow TF2 updates are they at least pump out a fuck ton of maps to play on when there are major updates, and in the mean time you have community created maps to play.
The games maps aren't like Rainbow Six Siege, these maps don't have enough depth to be played on repeatedly for hundreds of hours. You end up playing the same fucking way, spamming at choke points to build ultimates to push or defend. Fuck Overwatch and fuck Blizzard.
a lot of sony games are rubbish
lol
I bought about $200 worth of games during the sales last christmas, and so far the only ones I've played for more than an hour were dark souls remastered and night in the woods. I have little interest in returning to the rest.
Overwatch would have been better if it embraced being wacky and not properly balanced in a casual environment. And also facilitated this with maps that were fun to move around in and less serious, basically be more like tf2
Resident Evil 7: Season pass comes to mind right now
Gravity Rush 2 full price
I want to know who the fuck thought this chokepoint on Hanamura was acceptable. I'm not a map maker, but I can recognize this as shit map design, and forcing all your players through a few openings while having zero flank routes is fucking retarded.
it needs 2fort so I can spam arrows on the battlements with Hanzo
they recently added a workshop that lets you do wacky stuff so perhaps the tf2 style randomizer is coming, but really what makes source games so amazing is custom maps and a pretty active community on private servers
i see 4 entrances in pic and i know theres a 5th too
I haven't played in years. Have they added a flank route?
you can see 4 in pic and some characters can even get over that chokepoint completely
any single player game, can't belive I don't just pirate
Well, yeah, but I consider that entire door area a chokepoint. Every single player is funneling through one part of the map. There is no route to go around it and get defenders from behind.
The first Fate Extella game.
Well, everyone who isn't garbage sees the other routes.
CS:GO, Quake Champions and Sunset Overdrive.
The last one at least has some fun gameplay, but the writing is atrocious. The other two are simply flaming garbage.
Shut the fuck up underage Reddit nigger, the defense always positions itself a ways back so the only "alternative route" is to go around the map completely with Pharah or Lucio and pray that they don't just pick you off. The only way anyone is going to let you through that chokepoint alone is if you're playing against silvers.
You moron faggotass normalfags need to keep off our board.
>Quake Champions
>buyers remorse
what did you even buy. there is a little trick i could tell you that gave me all the characters, but you only need 3 anyways
and stay there
Here's a top down view of Hanamura. Red is the door we are talking about. Can you draw the other routes that you can use to get into the objective?
The Champions Pack because I genuinely thought it had a future.
Fuck me for trusting on the idiots they outsourced it to to be competent.
My friend payed for my ovetwatch so I was doubly obligated to keep playing it
seems like youre the one that was the idiot is what i can say. i got all the characters for free and its not even worth it. had more fun playing unreal tournament
If you mean the ability to leap or fly over the left building... sure, but it still lands you in the same spot as if you strolled through the choke.
I am exactly recognizing myself as the idiot.
What the fuck was I thinking buying this shit on a game that dived headlong into a 1 million dollar tournament while it still had massive performance and netcode fuckups (which it still has)
Yeah this is the entire same point with me, also blizzard can't even into balance, it took them to do like 3 complete reworked for symmetra, and my major complaint is the entire map releases it's starts to get boring really fast when people just using meta meme shit, hell i didn't even knew their 21:9 support was just a stretched 16:9 with the shitty maxed fov it felt like its actually 80 instead of 110 or whatever is the max value when i tried playing ow last month to see how's the game and it
I'm not that user but i almost bought the game when i saw the game reveal and was really excited due to my boomer nostalgia and then i was invited to the closed alpha and i just stopped caring about it and went back to UT2016 by the way is ut2004 or the older titles even alive at this point? any recommend master server fetcher i can use on browser?
watch dogs 2
Not the same user but if you play Reaper you can go on the left to go on that stupid bridge jump and teleport behind the ennemy team to go on the point
Sure you're all alone during this but if their team is retarded enough they will split and stop defending the choke point
I'm real mad about Overwatch. It was so good in the first year or so. Seeing what a steaming turd it's turned into, and the inhuman fanbase it's attracted, really hurts my heart. I had so much fun with it and now it's ruined.
The window is there so you can flank this way. Anyone who can jump or fly can get through the window, immediately hook left, and surprise now you're behind the payload. Orisa keeps the retards busy at the chokepoint, and Reaper, D.va, and Mercy go through the window. This is Overwatch, not rocket science.
>SeaMonkey
Tell me about SeaMonkey OP, is it not pozzed like FF?
THERE ARE LITERALLY NO PC GAMES I WANT TO PLAY
Eh, I guess this counts as a flank route. But its only for one hero and in a specific location.
The problem is that you still have to push through that same choke. Look at how you can approach the second point, I drew three paths that you can approach it in red, and further routes in blue you can use to make flanks or approach at other angles, even then there are windows to get into these paths as well.
Let's just play OpenTTD for the 500th hour instead.
I actually donated to this POS kickstarter
