That's what happens when you're using video games as a crutch. When I finished Red Dead Redemption 2 I had a series of bizarre dreams; most of them focused on my family. I started thinking about how stagnant I've been since getting released from prison (for a one year stint). All I did was drink and play computer games. RDR2 changes a person. Now I want to go outside, drink some beer (just a few now that I'm on the proper meds) and go fishing with family and... friends if I can reconnect with them.
In short, go play RDR2 and if you're like me, it will put video games into proper focus in your life. It's the best narratively-driven game ever made.
