Even games like Ace Combat are a no show, even games from notable anime licenses like One Piece and Dragon Ball are a no show I picked those examples because those are games from big publishers, yet Sony obviously doesn't care about "anime games" no matter their origin because those games don't sell millions. If it comes from Japan and it's not called Final Fantasy or Resident Evil Sony doesn't care
But mind you, they did care about these games 3 or 4 years ago, it's only in the last 2 years they moved over from them, and it's only from 2019 they went full censorship

The problem here is that when the game gets submitted to Sony, if they find a problem with any of the game's content, it now has to be removed and reworked. This is costly and time consuming. Devs are basically getting bullied into toning down content so they don't have to delay releases and sink more costs into projects. This is royally fucked beyond reason. I have been a huge Sony fan for decades, and this has been a crushing blow for me.
