Start with Stalker Shadow Of Chernobyl and just get a bugfix patch like zone reclamation project or some shit
SoC, 'Master' difficulty, install ZRP for some minor bugfixes. Then you're good to go, comrade
Just to add on to what this user said, playing on master difficulty isn't some "you gotta play it hardcore and not casual!" shit. Master difficulty increases the damage both you and your enemies do which will prevent your enemies from being damage sponges that you will waste all your ammo on.
Go to the grocery store and buy all of the following:
1) A lot of canned foods, i.e. Spam, pork and beans, corned corned beef, so on.
2) Begin rationing the amount of food and water you consume.
3) Go to your local thrift store and put together an apocalyptic cosplay. Bonus points if you can find a gas mask.
4) Pretend everything you see outside is either a mutant or a bandit.
5) Have fun.
master in the hobo stage is a bit too hardcore for a noob
>Spam, pork and beans, corned corned beef
absolutely immersion breaking. only vodka, bread and onions & chicken sausage is allowed.
Release order, but you might end up disliking Clear Sky which wouldn't be surprising since it's the weakest game of the series albeit featuring some of the coolest areas in the series like Limansk.
I've always assumed the canned food was tuna
tourists delight is something like this
A lot of people have been talking about Stalker recently
now I really want to try some
Normally canned military food is , but
>Ecли пpиcмoтpeтьcя, мoжнo yвидeть, чтo нa бaнкe eдвa видным пoчepкoм нaпиcaнo «Capдины».
It's sardines
usps lost my gp-5 now I don't think I'll get the full stalker experience
It's a good thing, might be because of that stalker 2 announcement, but I don't think we'll ever see stalker2 though.
The first one, SoC.
Latest patch + Master difficulty is all you need. Still, I'd suggest using the Starter Pack's mods.
Here's the rookie guide. J
No it's fucking not.
Even my wife beat the whole game like so. All vanilla.
HBO's Chernobyl came out and it's bretty good
Master at hobo stage is the perfect induction to the game, if you can't clear the barn the game wasn't meant for you
Which faction would they be in?
They look like they know shit, so probably monolith.
Ironically, the entire point of the film Stalker is that they don’t know shit and are completely unsure of themselves or the true nature of the zone
this is not true and people need to stop repeating it brainlessly. harder difficulty makes enemies more accurate, and makes your bullets actually do damage most of the time. the game has a weird system where a certain percentage (determined by difficulty) of bullets will do zero damage. the harder the difficulty, the lower chance of this happening.
I wish I could get into Tarkovsky's stuff.
You just need to feel

I think I've seen this video and it made me try and watch Solaris. His works are indeed something else, I might try and give them another go in the future. It's just that his stuff have some interesting effect on me, not in a sense that it's boring, but rather lulling. The way sounds, visuals and actors' voices work with each other in some of the scenes has this soporific effect which no other movie gives me.
So, in other words, you deal more damage.
>PLAY ON MASTER YOU DO ____
all of this is factually incorrect, please stop, this is a myth that has lasted for years. Please read the pic and understand. Master does not increase difficulty (actually lowers it in SoC) nor increase accuracy for player or enemy, it is a placebo but i would still suggest playing on master.
>Master does not increase difficulty (actually lowers it in SoC
I meant damage, not difficulty, heck.
read this you retard snork fucker
