I concur. Whoever directed the gunplay, probably actually owns gun IRL. Wowee. I imagine that most game devs who live in the US don't even own a Glock or a Smith. MP1/2 fans are going to hate this, but I despise bullet time.

Max Payne 3 has good shooting, but bad movement. Rockstar loves their physics based animation system.

There's a trainer. With which you can do exactly that. Including flying around in no-clip and going to big open areas.

There's also a cutscene skip mod you can install... which allows you to actually skip cutscenes.
These are from the Max Payne 3 modding Discord server, so the files under 8MB are only downloadable from there. If you're interested in snagging any of those (or seeing the work on their Liberty City mod and Max Payne 1 remake mod) here's the link.

I've heard about the cutscene skip mod but honestly, the cutscenes didn't really bother me that much on my previous runs, I like the style of the game enough to watch them or wait for the game to let me skip if I didn't want to watch them
