Shotguns do 250 if all pellets hit on normal 200 on realism.
Witches has reduced damage on higher difficulties up to 25% on expert
You have two to three shots before the witch claws you on hard/expert unless it's a headshot.
Unless your team is perfectly coordinated shotgunning witches isn't viable in realism.
