As someone who doesn't like Dark Souls 2, I don't get it either. AC5 is great. I'll take the weakest of the Trinity, but it's by no means bad.

0 is the weakest. Yes, the memes are great and Zero is a top 3 franchise song, but that's all it has going for it, really. I'm still bitter about the disappointment I felt after finishing it in a single afternoon.
I just got a PSP for the first time so I finally started playing Skies of Deception... on the PC, with a DS4, because everything that's not turn based seems like it controls like shit on the PSP. Game is pretty damn good so far. AC3-like branching mission structure, more future planes than in the other PS2-3-4 games, some of which you can tune. It's a surprisingly solid package.

I started playing X, too, but stopped. It's pretty good. I should get on it again. I also agree with 0 being my least favorite of the Trinity. I still love it, though.

Burnout went to shit as soon as EA Trax became a thing. Meaning the series peaked at B2: Point of Impact and it was all down hill from there.
