In all honestly +4 to all physical stats for 3 blood points was bullshit. Hopefully Bloodlines 2 will feature Blood Surge (Blood Buff, spending a blood to increase one stat. Thinbloods don't have this as their blood potency is at 0) and Vampiric Mending (spending blood to heal) without any mods.

You don't have to navigate sewers apart from map-traveling and getting into LaCroix's tower.
All you have to do is keep moving. As long as you aren't too close to people on street and don't stay on one spot for too long, you're free to go. (I barely ever used sewers on my Nosferatu play, except when I was forced to used them; map-traveling/LaCroix's tower)

Remember to just stick to 1 weapon type and invest only in the stat for that (only brawling, melee, or firearms). Knowing your clan helps for instance if you go Gangrel with a protean build I think all you need is 3 levels of unarmed to get max damage and everything else is wasted

This really cannot be emphasized enough. You won't ever get enough experience points to build every stat or even the majority of them. Pick Unarmed, Melee, or Firearms AND STICK WITH IT. You CAN use more than 1, but as was mentioned above this will force you to neglect other stats. This isn't even going to break the game or anything, but it's just not fun having a 100% combat based build.

I'm still going to at least try the sequel since the original is my top favorite game. But even before the announcement I was already thinking a sequel won't come close to matching it, and them having someone like Cara Ellison on the team doesn't seem promising. Seeing how some of the posters in these threads say the game is offensive in some way doesn't help either.

But I'm still looking forward to trying VtMB in virtual reality at some point. And maybe someone will get that old multiplayer mod working properly. Even if 2 sucks it'll have gotten more people to play the original too.
