Daily reminder that TBC is better than classic in every conceivable way.

ok
No flying mounts in vanilla and it's an established fact that flying mounts killed world PVP.
Checkmate.
>swede
>shit taste
every time
UBRS is where it's at bros
World pvp is just a shitty zergfest for faggots who want to jerk off to how well they can poly people off their mount and gang bang them with a group of 5, or kill people 30 levels lower, pretty glad it's died
whats the best tanking spec for 5 mans to get BiS?
is this good?
I'm right you're wrong.
Maraudon is shit.
Gnomer is based.
What's the point of making a world if everyone is just gonna fly above it anyway? Might as well just have cities and portals to instances. Dumb faggot.
Undisputed objective list for you uneducated mongs.
Im thinking of making a playlist of songs from 2004-2006 to play when the game launches.
Feel free to send me recommendations. No rap or pop
Well, tt's not true. PvP takes place in various PvP hotspots where players from opposite factions are brought together, preferably competing for limited resources (like mobs spawns) so you actually have a reason to kill. Naturally, the impact of flying is non-zero and it works against world PvP, but any possible impact is limited to reducing fights that take place while you travel, which is the minority of fights. More impactful factors are:
1) Battlegrounds. People who actively look for fights (who make up the majority of people starting fights) no longer do so in the world
2) The community by large becoming more goal-oriented and less likely to fuck around. You go from "it's red it's dead" to "unless killing someone is required to gain you exclusive access to a resource, or if there's a reason to think the opponent might turn on you and it's better to jump them first, you gain nothing and lose time even if you win"
3) The game losing all reasons to get in the world and fight. How can you wipe the enemy raid when they summon inside? Why would an enemy compete for eternals in Wintergrasp when revenants only spawn for the winner (the fact that mat requirements are low and the server is supplied with eternals almost purely from gathering is already besides the point)? And as it turns out, Dalaran is a sanctuary. So no fights for you. Also, no-resilience/low-level PvP is just appalling in Wrath and beyond.
I can see the argument that flying makes the world feel like a less dangerous place. But in terms of raw world PvP quantity, it's almost inconsequential.

BRD is such a +S dungeon i remember just doing the Succubus quest also because it was so fun dungeon.

Is there any reason to run AQ20 other than Brood reputation (if it even grants anything)? At least ZG has head/shoulder enchants, can't remember if there's anything similar in Ruins.
Here's deadmines 100% in one webm
AQ20 has some sick pieces like ossi xbow and the +2% spellcrit chest from kurinnaxx
There are also the 7 AQ enchants (+shadow dmg to gloves, +stealth to cloak etc) dropping from bosses
Also gives CC rep for earthstrike/rockfury farming
Any rogue players remember being able to vanish and be immune to spells in vanilla? I remember doing it in BC but I don't remember if it was in vanilla
I always thought it would be cool that the world could have anti air towers that had to be owned by your faction for you to fly in that zone
It literally will push people to pvp to be to pve easier around that area connecting every aspect of the world and would make people really hate the opposite faction more which is a plus
So, instead of leveling 1-40 anymore on rogues I'm going to make a hunter and just spend the remainder of the time on Northdale hunting down alliance Chinese players. (Or rather, ALL the alliance players for that matter.)
So I'm going to need some things from you guys. I don't know fuckall about hunters. I only know how to kill them as a rogue.
I'm going to need in depth PvP hunter guides, how-to hunter stuffs, any kind of guides / hunter videos you've got that you think are good. Hit me with them.
I'm going to need a really offensive tasteless name for my hunter and its pet, as well as the BiS ganking pet.
Engineering is obvious as a profession, but what else? And what race makes the best hunter? I would think tauren for being a big fucking intimidating motherfucker and war stomp for the stun but I have no fucking clue to be honest. I just want the best PvP race on horde side for hunters.
As far as leveling goes I'll just grind it to 60, or 40, or whatever. I'm getting real burnt out with this leveling practice, and I've been pushing the rogue 16+ hours a day. (Did a 20 hour marathon of grinding.)
Would you guys even watch a stream of a hunter just school-shootering up a bunch of Chinese on Northdale?
I should mention that I was talking from the PoV of someone who has cleared AQ40, it doesn't seem that anything in AQ20 is desirable maybe except for odd specs like Feral (please note that I acknowledge they're good tanks, it's just that it's hard to justify dragging 20 people there just for that).
unironically this
Yeah true, ZG has the enchants (idols and the exalted shoulder enchant), AQ20 really only has the enchanting formulas
skill survival and N on all 2handers for better Raptor Strikes

I will forever associate vanilla with the pixies because thats all I had on my Mp3 at the time.
Running through the barrens ON A WAVE OF MUTILATION, WAVE OF MUTILATION
what were your favorite tier sets from vanilla? at the time I played a druid and never got all the pieces but I always liked the t1 priest set. it's the look I most associate with that time.
I love them all except Pally and War they're both bad
Rouge wins out as my favorite for T1
fuck aq20 and the wave encounter
thanks to
who gave me a detailed reply in the previous thread
why does everyone hate the stockades
it's literally just a corridor filled with trash and every once and a while a trash mob with more health who does more damage. Literal shit-tier
It's pretty boring and gives no loot. The only good thing is that it ties to the DM questline. Also people are spreading rumours around that the reason for it being so barren is because Blizz didn't want Alliance to have an easy, farmable instance (which is grating when you realize Horde gets SM just a stone throw away from UC).
>thinking rogue is the best tier 1 set
Priest is best out of tier 1 and best caster tier set in the game
I really liked the plot for blackwing lair and blackrock, from questlines about it starting all the way back in newbie areas to high level areas and the smaller dungeon content that went with it and their questlines.
Really felt like you were part of the world and in the story.
The connection to the DM and the Defias is really all that's cool about it. I actually really like the class struggle, labor dispute subject in that story. It's really weird for WoW where most things are not very political or have direct parallels irl.
it really was epic, starting in elwynn, going through westfall and deadmines. It really felt like you were slowly unraveling a plot
DUDE HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE CRAZY LMAO
DUDE CSI MIAMI LOL
BLANCHYS DEAD LOL SO FUCKING SAD LOL
The people who worked on Cataclysm need to be thrown into an incinerator.
yeah I was thinking about this. Cata made the game a lot more silly, and I don't know where it came from. I don't see it as exactly an issue, but it is a noticeable difference.
its shit aesthetically and that could be made up for with the drop table but literally one NPC drops blues and its a rarespawn, the rest barely drop any greens either
its only saving grace is it has 6 quests that are rather easy to pick up
It made me feel like I was playing a single player game with a proper plot. I've been asking a few times if Horde has a similar questline that arches over multiple level ranges (and if it has a similar payoff. Revealing Onyxia was jawdropping for everyone who saw that for the first time).
Your post motivated me to actually read the quest text this time around
I think I only read the onyxia chain and skipped all others the other times i leveled to 60
I cant decide what to play bros. Id just go Shammy like I did back when, but I for whatever reason want to stay with Alliance as I feel it was just more cozy. I remember really liking Classic pallys, but cant now in my old age ignore that they werent the best at end game or in PvP.
How fun is mage in classic?
>40 mans relegated to single boss raids
No, fuck right on outta here
I came to laugh at seething belfs
>Classic pallys, but cant now in my old age ignore that they werent the best at end game or in PvP.
Paladin is top tier healer in pve and top tier support in pvp, what you talking about bro
Mage is pretty fun, it's a very easy class to play and get into at least
I can dig this list

you are not going to be able to dw tank without already having bis or a t2+ healer

How retarded do you guys think this is?
Not quite the same but the orcs have the quillboar quest lines about how they're being abnormally expansionist and annoying starting from Durotar and continuing through the barrens and RFK until around level 40 when you hit RFD and discover it was all a front for the scourge trying to expand into Kalimdor.
The undead also have a constant rivalry with the scarlet crusade and other lordaeron remnants from level 2 to level 60, though it's not quite the same sort of conspiracy thing that the alliance has.
Flying = Everyone can have an opener and pick a great spot to avoid mobs in order to gank you. Flying kills world pvp. I fucking hate the fact that some idiot can just fly around, see someone and just divebomb him. It is not 2 people meeting each other while fighting other mobs. It is literally like everyone has stealth since you cant look at 360 degrees all the time.
Fury tanking in level 60 instances is only viable after you get raid geared a bit, you'll want to go a bit deeeper into prot
You might not want to go all the way to shield slam but it's a pretty good chunk of threat, also you absolutely need a couple points in tactical mastery to dodge fears
>Duel wield spec for tanking for prebis
You absolute mongoloid
It was better because it was a natural extension of Vanilla that both didn't seek to reinvent the entire game at a design level and didn't immediately replace all of Vanilla's content (though it did eventually), something every expansion since then has failed to do.
Agreed. Every quest puts the player in the role of “the only person for the job” but there are 40 million people doing the same mission.
Kezan is the prime example. You could just be some random goblin who seeks refuge off a volcanic island...but no! You have to be the owner and CEO of one of two goblin megacorporations, the other being your competitor and future racial leader. You also happen to be the star roboball player, a billionaire, a chad who fucked men and women whores, and a slave driver. You are this one dude, but everyone else walks into your house and hits your bitch up for keys to your hotrod.
900 of the same car flying up and down the roads killing bandits through vehicular manslaughter to make up the 40 dollar deficit you need to pay for a ticket off the island.
The game's plot and quests are now written as if you are playing a single player RPG. It seems every MMO has this problem now.

Extremely retarded, each class has a unique set of things it can do, while pvp could be more objective but has still to be separated in organized/solo/duels PvE content has a lot more variety, raiding is barely a part of classic, leveling quick and especially farming is probably even more important because without enough gold to buy or make needed consumables you aren't setting foot in AQ or Naxx, in other words you can put a prot warrior spec as the best raiding tank in the game but it's also the worst class/spec for farming, where do you put that in the pve scale?
tbc is an aight dlc to classic, shame it started the downfall
Yep. Fuck that gay bullshit.
I’ll take any forms of rock or edm from that era
And then
>You personally lead a rebellion against Gallywix, blow up half the island you're on, become best friends with Thrall, and defeat Gallywix
>And then Thrall gives him a position of leadership in the Horde lmao
About the first list:
I agree with druid and hunter being bottom tier as in pve they are both the worst at the best thing they can do (druids best role is healing and they are slightly subpar at it and hunters can only dps and their dps is pretty bad), and in pvp you could also make the argument that druids are bad as they are probably the weakest and most useless class in group pvp (they kind of compensate for this by being decent in 1v1 and being best flag carry but still weak in most group scenarios in pvp), I wouldn't say hunters are weak in pvp though but yeah those classes could be argued to be weaker than the others
Other than that it's retarded to rate paladins at B-tier, also no reason to rate mage over warlock in 1.12, it should be warrior>all>hunter/druid imo
About the pvp/pve lists:
The pvp list is kind of weird in general as most specs are hybrids and not pure specs so I'm not sure what he means most of the time, also "affliction+demonology" wtf is that, you never get both those talent trees as a warlock ever, arms war too low, and a few other weird things
Pve list has rogue subtlety, probably a mistype as rogue combat is 1 million times better (nobody plays sub rogue in pve), otherwise a decent list desu
Rappers and their listeners will be the first to go on the day of the rope.
post subsequent tiers if you have them. tier 1 & 2 are best imo. If you have pvp sets even better, post em.
I've been reading for months now that Alliance is much better in PvE and somewhat better in PvP than Horde. give me straight, is it really a big deal or all memes?
This is highly debatable topic
Alliance is easier to play in pve, but if you want to speedrun at world class level horde is better
PvP probably the same, for pugs you can play paladin and warrior and destroy 5 ppl at once but if you actually face a serious premade and play methodically and super tryhard it's arguable that horde is better
Dont't know if better but still very good. Which should make us all happy as TBC might be the next Classic release.
>prot warrior spec as the best raiding tank in the game but it's also the worst class/spec for farming, where do you put that in the pve scale?
#1 of course, wtf
Enjoy your farming and leveling then.
I leveled a Paladin and Rogue to 60 pre-tbc. How will I like Warrior?
Why don’t people like warlock tier 3? I thinks it looks great.
Yeah. lots of debates around on the subject. I never played Vanilla so I can't really chip in. thanks for clarifying it a bit
Doesn't BoK buff make alliance raiding literally 10% easier for them?
pve alliance is easier just because of paladins. tho one could debate that AQ is easier for horde. like user said before. highly debatable. pvp wise i would say that high end horde is better.
Mostly memes, but ally gets shafted as far as flightpaths are concerned.
if you leveled pally to 60 it wont be a prob.. get corpsemaker and you are fine.
IMO t3 is the best tier, except for paladin/priest the rest are sick, that includes warlock, the warlock t3 shoulderpads do some weird smoke in-game too which is sick
it doesn't really fit the fantasy aesthetic of wow I'd say, reminds me of this.
t2 has a few of the most iconic sets in the game. druid, rogue, paladin are top notch. my personal favorite is t2 druid but it looks a little silly on a tauren.
I love all of thdm
maybe for mage & lock. I like t1/2 for the rest better
Go away Ion.
T1 Druid
T2 Hunter

Kill yourself wojack posting scum your kind is not wanted here.
How were Pallys in world/BG pvp? I loved playing as one in Vanilla but never touched battlegrounds on him. Will I get bodied?
Absolutely sick if you play it as a support and cleanse/heal/bof others
Pretty bad if you tunnelvision and think you will kill people solo, paladin dps is
You have to spec Holy, otherwise you're just gonna be a liability.
post yours
What is Onyxia's lair?
What are world bosses?
>scholomance and scarlet monastery

I'm pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of this list
ret paladin played as support in pvp works unironically
Most ret paladins are retarded and try to autoattack people to death but if you play it just like you would play holy then it's not that bad, repentance is legit cc
As the file name suggests, this is purely for questing purposes only, not lore or zone aesthetic.

Seriously fuck off lad, no one is interested that you drank 4chans kool-aid and sprout Yea Forums shit in real life, you'll most likely see this as a "triggered" post as you cannot accept the fact that no one likes how you behave, you take the Yea Forums meme way too far and hope to impress us with your lackluster commentary and gameplay.
If you at least acted like a human being, you'd get some viewers but because you can't stop sucking 4chans tits, everyone does not want to associate with you and that is just sad. It is even more sad you'll ignore this and make some half arsed remark on your stream.
Fuuuuuck oooooff
rank the classes in terms of how straightforward they are. in my uneducated opinion, from most straightforward to least:
mage
priest
warrior
hunter
warlock
druid
rogue
shaman
Well, that might be a problem if it wasn't for point one and two, but realistically, nowadays people don't look for fights. If you are in Elemental Plateau, say, you didn't go there to look for easy pickings, you are there to farm some primals.
Besides, the common complaint tends to be that world PvP doesn't happen with flying being a thing, this complaint is about circumstances fights that DO happen, which seems bizarre.
What you mean by straightforward
Warlock is complicated and weird mate, rogue is pretty straight forward even though it's a pretty advanced class
Pally or Priest lads I cant decide its killing me! Im out of TIME NOOOOOO
you have many months left lol
Meh I know but no Classic BC in sight.
priest is more fun while leveling. roll priest if you're a typical Yea Forums loner or pally if you already have a guilt set up and are playing with buddies.
AQ40 is unironically my fav raid of all time. I will play classic just to fight cthun again. Too bad it's going to be piss easy
So let me explain my reasoning
I like dungeons which give a sense of impact and scale. Assaulting a huge city like Blackrock Depths is much more pleasing than a corridor filled with criminals.
And for the record, I actually like Scholomance. However, the layout of the end boss rooms are a complete joke. Adding random chance bosses which random chance of getting loot is not fun. Sunken Temple is fun but the lower levels feel like a slog to clear. Its fun killing the troll sub bosses and unlocking the secret snake idol boss, but the route for him is a pain in the ass. And "boss pulls everything you didn't kill" mechanics are also not fun. I know Cathedral does that, but its a small, manageable room, not a great big circle filled with enemies which constantly put you to sleep.
>Raids
>The expansion
Fuck off zoomer
in terms of complexity of mechanics. warlocks have a big spellbook with tons of weird stuff but the rotation is easy. compare that to shamans who have a billion totems and use at least 8 with some degree of regularity, plus spell downranking and positioning to keep in mind.
>those corridors full of constantly re spawning, knock back bugs
>"piss easy"
I'm assuming you mean in both PvE and PvP which in this case the list is wrong.
Warrior
Rogue
Paladin
Druid
Hunter
Priest
Mage
Shaman
Warlock
>rogue
>uneducated
Combo point management is not difficult my dude.
>However, the layout of the end boss rooms are a complete joke.
Idk mate I like the end rooms, they are all unique minibosses with distinct mechanics, it's like minigames
I like dire maul the best but scholomance has to be my 2nd fav 5man at 60
Ok so I posted this in the earlier thread but it got archived. Is this a decent build for a -ok in pvp and pve- warrior? I wasn't crazy into raiding or instances in vanilla and only ever did pvp stuff at 60, but then BC came out really close after that.
I was talking about the cthun fight. But ye, you better not wipe at cthun
thoughts?
Forsaken on a kodo was the hottest shit
When it comes to dps rotation warriors/rogues has the hardest one (least straightforward), not sure why warrior is so high
Tier 3 mage is the best mage set
Even today
>nightsabers bottom
>when the best mount in vanilla is the swift zulian tiger
No ram or Kodo should be above B tier and no saber should be below A, get your hipster head out of your contrarian ass then put warhorse at B and charger in S.
would agree. switch the raptors tho. the only good normal raptor was the old white epic one and even that was mostly because of its rarity
nightsabers D-tier
Opinion completely discarded
Shit taste, you put Gnome mounts in any tier above D? and putting Nelf mounts in D? Fuck is wrong with you?
Tauren, Trolls and Nelf should be in S
Orc and Human in A
Dwarf and Undead in B
Gnomes in D.
>Skele-horses in S
All that matters, you can put the rest where you like - though I'd personally bump kodo's up.
Hunters will be underpopulated this time around. They already are on private servers. Mages however will be overpopulated.
seeing any race on a different race's mount was always cool and commendable for spending the time
what can I say, it was always hard for me to tell where my mount was actually hitting the ground, and I dislike their long strides
I don't know what that build is, it looks super weird esp with the +def, IMO you should go 17/34/0 the standard fury build or just the normal mortal strike pvp spec, finding something middle-ground is just going to be annoying and bad, I don't see the point making something weird like this
How do you fuck this up that badly? Sabers and UD mounts were literally what everyone went after
>Sabers and UD horses at S.
>Raptors, kodos, rams, wolves at A
>Everything else C
>gnomeshit at D
Jesus, I forgot about the fucking striders, they need to be in a separate 'Turn off master volume' tier. Their clunking made me grind Exalter with SW in no time.
Private servers have a low amount of hunters plus with the sigma huntards have in 2019 none of the retail or twitch zoomers will roll them
Except flight which killed world pvp.
>implying the respawning bug corridor is the hard part about aq40
ANY content that retail guilds managed to clear (at least prior to maybe Sunwell/Ulduar - T7 was always trivial so it's not of interest here) is easy pretty much by default because it was done by novice guilds and players. There simply had not been enough hours for people to master the game, while nowadays even first-timers can very quickly reach greater effective experience levels through cultural osmosis by looking at what others are doing and copying it. There are SOME features specific to vanilla (TBC) where people might have to unlearn their new habits, like a generally more diligent way of playing with threat being a thing and having to observe some caution when pulling mobs in dungeons and open world alike, but this shouldn't take all that long, and afterwards even weak guilds should be performing on par with top-end retail guilds.
subtlety rogues should get a 25 point talent that lets them stealth while mounted
beastmaster hunters should get a new 30 point talent that lets them ride their mounts and shoot simultaneously
Fair enough. I always hated berserker stance and if I recall fury builds relied heavy on it. I'll probably just stick to pvp and find a guild that doesn't mind carrying me a little in pve.
>mechastriders in anywhere but D
>nightsabers not B tier at least, especially since the ZG tiger exists.
As a gnome mage, this is objectively incorrect.
I like the way nightsaber's shoulder blades bulge up and down when you RP walk with them
Where’s warlock and pala mounts? Both are S or at least A
Guys
Druid tanking vs warrior tanking?
>subtlety rogues should get a 25 point talent that lets them stealth while mounted
You know you can just dismount and stealth up instantly? Lmao you dont even need a macro, just right click the buff and hit your stealth bind
Those are just deviations of undead and human mounts
>They are horses meaning they are the same as human/ud mount even if their looks are completely different
So is Warlock not a great choice for someone who is a noob?
either you are stupid or just want to start a shitstorm.. waste of thread
That list is retarded and braindead
Warlock is a great class to play mate, regardless of if you are new or not
Read a quick summary + stats guide and you'll be more well informed than all of those newbies in the early 2000s. You'll do fine.
it's fine, just summon me then cast shadow bolt
You know people are all saying these classic raids are going to be easy as shit but the only reason they are cleared so fast on private servers is because the entire raid consists of people who are all looking after themselves, farmed all their own consumables and have done the raid for years so they know every mechanic. In classic i imagine it will be almost as hard as it was back then because theres going to be a bunch of idiots.
If you could give a class a 4th talent tree what would you do?
I would make a ranged-damage tree for rogues, with throwing and bow talents. It would make you a lot weaker in melee of course as a downside.
>He posts on reddit
Cringed and stopped there
I fucking love the normal warlock mount. It has no embellishments or armors but fits so well as is
i think youre having a manic episode m8
wouldn't change much
You sound like such a fucking faggot holy shit
leveling effectivly will be your biggest obstacle meaning its not hard to level as lock but you need to learn how to juggle mobs with void and affl specc.. pve wise just specc ds/ruin which is sb spam. pvp if you wont play sl lock is another challenge. either way it is fun but be prepared to have lots of spells on your toolbars and forget bout one backpack etc. lvl 40 you get charity mount.
"I'm being too loud and the neigbors are stomping"
>You can hear loud thuds as the autistic sperg gets quiet.
LUL! What kind of shithole do you live in that your upstairs neighbors can stomp on the ground to make you shut up?
They are easy as hell to level. Send voidwalker pet, dot the target, and wand it down. That’s it. If you just go for one mob at a time you’ll never run out of mana. As you get more comfortable you can juggle multiple mobs between yourself, pet, and fear. At that point you will want to have the talent improved drained soul (so you never go oom) along with a macro to get rid of your excess soul shards. You’ll have great utility with summons and stones. Plus you get a free mount at 40 so you don’t have to worry as much about saving gold and can mess around more with professions (like being able to craft shadoweave set at level or buy it off of ah).
Great first class that you can have fun with and grow into. You’ll be playing it for hundreds of hours so it’s a plus that there is some complexity to it
Talks like Yea Forums irl
gross
Your vernacular is very elliot rodgers-esque
With the exception of maybe splitting druid's guardian/feral, a fourth tree would bloat everyone's talents.
What could you add to a lock? Those are all dps anyway. A warrior?
It would be nice though to give a rogue ranged capability so that hunter's not the only physical ranged, but I would rather rework the three trees or just put ranged talents in a branch under combat.

Oh no no no you are actually an IRL fuckup, i've met literal, unironically autistic /r9k/ frequenters more well adjusted than you, at fucking college.
What? Affliction/demonology was the strongest spec in late vanilla.
I've heard that they had an event which they made an updated naxx for post cata.
The retards couldn't clear that, how do they expect these same idiots to Cleary it without the hyper streamlining post cata?
Show me a build that uses affli/demon that is useful for anything
The closest thing I can think of would be nightfall/soul link but that's just a worse version than soul link/shadowburn
Affli and Demon are both good trees if you combine them with destro, but without any destro talents you will be useless in every regard
pve wise no. sm/ruin or ds/ruin was strongest. both having points in destro. pvp wise SL was endurance fight with lock having 7k hp + double voids for shield and there is also drakedogs cookie cutter build with succy.
I guard my girlfriend's apartment while she's at work.
+ nightfall specc. normaly it is just a sm/ruin build with few points mixed.
i dont know that i would really give classes a 4th talent tree if i could fuck around with vanilla
i really wish we had hero classes or more meaningful talent specs. like swashbuckler rogues, more poison based assassin rogues, more stealth based sub rogues, spell sword mages, more beast centered BM hunters, and more demon centered demo warlocks
Treat it like DnD. Only let BM hunters have pets, only let demo warlocks have demons past imp or something along those lines.
do hybrid classes just roll on everything? they need int/spirit gear for healing, shamans and paladins need melee weapons and shields, druids, priests and shamans caster dps. do warriors and mages not get angry if a hybrid class rolls on this stuff?
That would've actually been need. Especially if they started placing world bosses in places you can only access with flying. You know, bring back the war in Warcraft.
>payo is 34 years old

It goes both ways. Sometimes wariors roll on BiS ranged weapons that hunters could also use. Hunters regularly roll on BiS weapons they need as well that a warrior could use. You literally won't avoid competition over loot
While leveling it's debatable but at 60 it's pretty obvious what loot you can go for or not
If you join an instance as a healer you can only roll on healing gear, if you join as dps you can only roll on dps gear etc
If a druid rolls on dps gear then it's ok if he joins as feral/balance but if he is the healer of the group he can't roll on dps gear, obviously (unless this was decided beforehand)
Just because you play a class that can do multiple things doesn't mean that you are going to do all those things
>lying about having a girlfriend while being this autistic
BRUH LOOK AT DIS DUUUDE
Old vocaroo, but you can hear my gf in the background:
vocaroo.com
Now what? If you think someone would lie about having a gf maybe you need to redpill up, hit the gym, and get some sex.
Try to look into something that's less stressful on ur hands. Or just play paladin lol
Look lad, I get that you have had a hard life and have been alone for the majority of it, it is why you cling to a group identity similar to gender identity and in the past stuff like chav, emo etc. but you are wasting your life with this mentality, thinking everyone hates you in real life and think you have to put on some persona like red-pilled chad, however if you actually tried to interact with people in your life, you will find they are not as bad as you think they are.
Despite what you say, you do care about how others think of you as for example you lowered your voice straight down when your neighbours stomped on your roof. I mean you have made a nine minute reply to my post which toke me like 30 seconds to make? Don't you see anything wrong with that? Don't you see anything wrong with what you have said in that voice recording?
People are not being ironic with their replies to you here, they are being serious because they can tell you are being serious with your mentality in thinking that the red pill is real, chads/stacies, normies etc. literally things that were made as jokes you are taking seriously because of what has happened in your life.
Just stop lad, you need help.
Not memeing here, there are peripheral setups designed for people with arthritis
so is swolebenji even strong? Or is he the type of person that goes to the gym two times a week doing a bro split?
>paying a girl to talk into a mic
BWAHAHAHAHA
Fuck classic take me back to MoP
It wasn't very reliable in vanilla but it could happen, vanish was super buggy in general before late vanilla patches and tbc ironed things out
>it's not a persona
you are such a sad lonely little man
There are lots of mentally ill /fit/ posters who binge play MMOs. They usually cycle testosterone injections from some shitty bathtub manufacturer and haphazardly throw weights around in the gym.
Guys like alexensual for instance, and a lot of the 2007scape community are like this. But if you see actual pictures of them, lots of muscle groups are neglected. But its not apparent to these guys or normies so whatever
>swolebenji
Hes just a normie that got really excited about Yea Forums in the way a lot of us did back in the day, but because of his being a normie he just cant really handle it, which is hilarious. Its really just Tripfaggotry at the end of the day.
>chinese
>really offensive tasteless name
Nankin/Nanjing
Same shit, replace heal with food, and do hamstring kiting with a slow 2h whenever you get a good one, it really does lower the damage you take, and makes for far fewer food breaks.
Having practiced and mastered the specific bossfights is unimportant. If people's memories on how vanilla bosses used to work were wiped, capable guilds would kill most of them with improvised tactics on the first try. After all, experience isn't just how to deal with specific bosses but how to deal with general categories of mechanics, and how to study and communicate tactics mid-fight.
Moreover, while there will certainly be newbies and scrubs, you'd be hard-pressed to find yourself in a guild with exclusively new players, and even a couple of players with some experience will make a difference. Not just in terms of leading the raid, but a couple of capable players in the mix will suddenly make execution easier if others can follow their lead. Obvious examples would be things like Heigan dance - you kinda only need one player who can dance and the rest can just follow. But when it comes to tactics like spreading where people have to act individually, it also helps. Back in the day people simply couldn't spread (as evidenced by all kinds of legacy strategy guides suggesting bizarre tactics like assigning spots for each individual 25/40 players) - I can't quite remember but I'd imagine it must have been like meeting a person in a street and both trying to give the other way, dodging to the same direction. Nowadays experienced players DO know how to spread and when they act as a sort of anchor, even inexperienced players around them will readily find their spots.
And then there's theorycrafting knowledge, cultural expectations like using consumables in excess of what top-end retail guilds used to do, new folks seeing barely anyone keyboard turning so they know they're doing something wrong and being able to fix it etc etc that don't even require experienced players in your guild.
I will literally step on your throat after I dab on you in PVP.
My naked foot will come right through your computer screen, extend like a fucking power pole, and pin you against a wall until I'm done with you
dear blizzard,
release the fucking game
The real Chad tanks as a Shaman

resilience ruined pvp for me
I remember.
you are a waste of good caster gear.
13 minutes.
lot of people in Method guild too
I never played priest past lvl 30 but wanna try it this time. Disc or holy? Can you farm stuff in open world as either? Can they manage to defend themselves in world pvp? I'd be playing troll since that matters a bit
I lift every other day. Full body, arms, legs, back, (then loop or if felling shitty I skip full body and loop starting back at arms.)
Ay lad when you finally shoot up a school make sure to Livestream it. Ya fucking nutter
>blanchy's dead
No.
Shadow, you dont level as holy or disc unless youre a retard.
go shadow and wand stuff. at lvl 50ish start thinking bout holy or disc.
Im not talking about leveling dummy, who gives a crap about leveling specs
I soloed people all the time as a Paladin... takes time but its doable.
>I never played past 30 but wanna try it
>Disc or Holy?
Not my fault your wording is shit
>all hybrid tier sets are 100% healing focused
>except paladin t2
It's not fair bros.
The t2.5 sets aren't healing focused
Ten storms is also mixed
Warrior is MT, Druid is very capable OT, Druid can only MT bosses that DON'T have percentage armor reduction, they deal with flat armor reduction just fine. Druid is better dungeon tank by far. But druids are essentially the spare tire of the raid group.
Warrior
>hellish leveling
>you will be spending most of your raiding career as Prot.
>you are the first to get gear.
>can't solo farm anything effectively, must do dungeon farms /w friends. (can be comfy with a good group)
>fury only comes online late AQ40, you will be doing the most damage out of all melee and ranged until Naxx fire mages
>PVP kinda meh unless you like Heavy/medic game play.
Druid will never be the best but if you are willing to try your absolutely asshole off you can come close to 'very good' tier. If you aren't willing to put in the effort I just wouldn't roll druid.
>Druid can do most solo endgame farming methods
>can come to raid effectively as a dual spec as long as you carry the gear
>gets handed free loot for feral OT since no one else uses that type of loot
>can pvp very well solo and flag carry
>stealth through instances for herbs/ore/boss killing for twink items
>your bags will be punished by the amount of items you carry if you choose to hold different gearsets
>many easily attainable items are considered BIS for entirety of Vanilla depending on role(not just including MCP)(They max out early so if you are looking for cool drops every tier, you probs don't wanna play druid)
>travel form is a nice instant 63% speed mount /w pvp 3set and speed ench (super easy to get)
druchads don't need your caster shit. we DAB on ya'll while in t1
the problem with warriors is not their class it's that the ego neccessary to play a warrior in the first place (and get it to lvl 60 without going Prot.) takes a new level of narcissism.
If you're a warrior, the only way you can be cool is to be a Dwarf or Tauren and go Prot.
>started the downfall
You mean wrath?
So you take it anyway just to be cunts? Sounds about right.
TBC > vanilla if only for making all 3 tanks viable
It's not as cut and dry and whiners like to make it, windfury totem gives horde tanks a distinct threat advantage and chain heal is downright op on some fights, it's much more mixed
Balance sissies aren't druCHADS.
Cat is 4 fite bare is 4 tank
Resto you aight too
BoK increases stats by 10% sure, and there are other perks with playing alliance (paladin blessings, dwarf fear ward etc)
But horde also has perks, like totems and shit
So it's not just BoK vs no BoK, it's a little more complicated than that
"TBC made my hybrid class a viable main tank, therefore the entire expansion was overall an improvement to the game"
You fucking retards who spew this shit are literally the same as boomers who say "yeah well 60 million illegal immigrants may seem bad on the surface, but my stock portfolio is doing great and strawberries are cheap! So overall it was good for the country :)"
Dumb fucking selfish retards, literally not able to see your own hand in front of your face. Because your head is up your ass. Everything is about you, so who cares about the overall health of the game, your special little snowflake spec got to be MT so hurr TBC was great nevermind the fact it ruined literally everything
TBC was still pretty great but yes these were the start. Blizzard ruined most of it's properties in the name of e-sports, wonder how much money e-sports makes for them relative to the customers and subscribers they've lost due to the changes in its name.
Calm down
Look at this fag who probably never saw an UD prot warrior.
Coolest combination by far, was my main in retail until the game turned into shit, and in Classic I will play him once again.
>join alliance guild back in vanilla after bg'ing with a few of their members who put in a good word for me

dont worry bro, we're going home soon
>whaaaaah those damn hybrids took muh mt jerb

Yeah, no I believe you, in essence prot warriors, plainly are the only cool ones, I was just making a point by highlighting the "humblest" races.
>Killed world PvP even though several zones had world PvP objectives
>Participation trophy complaint even though being unable to raid past Kara/Gruul's was the biggest complaint amongst casual players
>PvP balance complaint even though vanilla was the most imbalanced piece of shit in terms of PvP (Rogue/Mage or GTFO)
>Daily quest complaint only applied to Sunwell which this dumb fuck probably never did anyway
>Thinking 40 man raids were good
This person is a fucking idiot

>tfw running through the barrens juggling 3-4 mobs at a time like life is a joke

oh hey i made that post
rolling a tauren warrior
what do i name him guys i'm at a loss
mootank
Badge gear would have been fine if they made the items a bit more expensive and did not give out badges for heroic dungeons.
Sunwell patch was bad - catchup mechanics have no place in an MMORPG
Flying was a bad choice and, frankly, not needed. Ruined many aspects of the game and created a whiny player base when you take it away (yet put flight points so close together it's a 3 minute ride on your mount)
>mfw going to multibox a few druids for my guild so we don't have to waste time, energy and loot on actual unironic drucucks
Innervate, Rebirth and MotW don't scale with gear or skill, there's literally zero reason to waste equipment on druids when all of their benefits come from a simple program and a few macros.
Once you get DoT timing down you can handle big mob packs. At my best I was chain pulling over and over with almost zero downtime. It was awesome.
something short and memorable, preferably one syllable.
IT'S NOT TAKEN
THANKS BASED user
Blizzard already explicitly stated they will not allow multiboxers in Classic, drufag
Why are warrniggers scared of Druchads rising up? One less weapon user in raid means more weaps & other equips for everyone else.
Don't worry you are still gonna be the main punching bag sweetie.
Reminder that subs increased the entire time tbc was going on and only the release of wrath caused the to stop growing, then it was all downhill after that
*thumbs up*
I guess that's blizzlike, I don't remember seeing that shaman multiboxxer until TBC.
I do, all the time, every other day.
Multiboxing (the way people do in WoW) violates several of their policies/rules but they're content with letting it happen now b/c they need the extra subs. It's bs when you come across six boomkins or rallies and they're all casting the same spell on you in unison.
So I just have to run each account through a separate IP nbd. It's still a lot less of a hassle than explaining to the countless delusional druids that all they're going to be doing is staying alive until called for innervate or battle rez.
No one did the pvp objectives
TBC had welfare epics
Resil "balanced" pvp by making everyone tanky damage sponges
Prepthebull
It's easy to tell who is multi boxing, retard. If they have any interest in preventing it you will get suspended/banned quickly. I'm sure a large percentage of the classic player base will report multi boxers as well.
TBC made each tanking spec viable, but they have very marked strengths (and weaknesses). This is the opposite of homogenization so I can scarcely consider it as bad.
Besides, feral bears actually fill exactly the same kind of niche they already did in vanilla (there wasn't much change in terms of talents - mangle is a thing but ferals already had far superior threat and especially offthreat as it is, and survival of the fittest crit reduction is a thing, but in vanilla you didn't go for crit immunity anyway) so nothing really even changed in that regard, except that content is generally tougher so you can't get away with fury offtanks - the spec that is at least arguably better for #2/#3 tank role (one that does a mix of tanking and DPS as opposed to the main tank) in vanilla. And if you want to think further along these lines, turns out you don't really need a tank tank in a lot of vanilla content to begin with and you could say 0/0/0 priest is a viable tank because random people taking hits can survive them. The same cannot be said about TBC where some 5-man dungeon mobs would kill clothies in one hit twice over.
>w-why aren't you inviting us?
>we d-don't take weapons... just a f-few staves and maces... and rogue leather... and caster cloth for b-boomkin... and literally any ring/necklace/trinket we want too
What kind of tier shit is that all the Allytrannies mounts are D except the tiger that's S
Sunwell was bad. Badges were added about a year into the expansion, I think, and would have been fine imo if they charged a bit more for the items an didn't hand them out for heroic dungeon runs (though the heroic dungeon runs still required attunements/keys and were not trivial). Prior to the Sunwell patch, I don't consider TBC to have welfare epics/catchup mechanics.
Some user in previous thread said there's an NDA being lifted on WoW streams this Tuesday the 14th and related that to an announcement that beta will begin on Saturday the 18th. Anyone read anything like that anywhere else?
Yes.
Isle of Quel Danas was kino.
Literally just these threads and a random attention whores discord. Not a single official post even hinting at it, same with the cash shop/token speculation.
*WoW streamers
>implying fury warrniggers, rogueshits, and magetoids will EVER be getting gear
Your classes will be so disgustingly congested you will be lucky if you get 1 drop between three resets.
Pre Sunwell a lot of people just spent a week or two in AV to grind season 2 gear and a few alt runs in Kara if your guild was too shitty to go deep into SSC and TK. Supplement that with some of the better crafted pieces and you were in ok enough shape.
It was easy, repetitive bs that foreshadowed the downfall. It made me quit until the WotLK prepunch (which was stupid af how it enabled face roll AE tanking and massive AE dmg, first encounter in Hyjal became a laughable joke)
>incel pepeposter gets blacked
sounds about right, sissy
they want to break us up, they can't do it
>a few alt runs in Kara
so, no welfare epics? Running early raids of an expac to gear up is what you're supposed to do. I agree, the honor gear was too useful in PvE for the difficulty in getting it but I didn't think it was that bad.
Pink poles are for black holes son.
Not it he manually gets each to 10 and then does the dungeon grind leveling meme(truly awful in Vanilla, but doable if it means not getting found out)
The only thing that would make WoW Classic the GOAT is the inclusion of Karazhan (as they intended to include in Vanilla).
That is the comfiest raid known to man.
something will get released or announced either on may 19th or may 24th according to nips out
Ah, I should have worded that a bit differently, I meant the S2 pvp stuff were the welfare epics, not Karazhan loot. I agree with you on having to gear up in previous raids.
If you read at blue posts from the time, daily quests were added because they enabled tanks and healers to gain some gold - after all, since we're not talking about Wrath where tank specs global mobs and you have dual spec anyway, they were shafted in terms of farming. I think this is a perfectly sound design that addresses a very real problem in a way that lets you get away with class interdependency and highly specialized roles. It's not fault of TBC if in later iterations of the game the purpose was changed from inferior alternative to farming (which some people nevertheless enjoyed better, even if they were in fact making less money - hardly a bad thing in my opinion) to being necessary to progress, and generally forcing you to log in daily instead of being able to get shit done when you have the time.
They could make it unlock for any guild who completes Atiesh for Vanilla+ superhard content.
>Karazhan
>Caverns of Time
>Hyjal
>Grim Batol
>they'll fuck it all up
I'm watching asmongolds run on aq20 and this place seems to be a joke, actually vanilla is a joke, the bosses die in literal 3 hits and everything else dies in 1 hit its so shit lmao. Now I know why you suckers are nostalgic over this shiet, its because its easy as fuck and you guys dont want to work your ass off like nowadays wow, you bunch of lazy losers. Piss on you.
>Blizzard ruined most of it's properties in the name of e-sports, wonder how much money e-sports makes for them relative to the customers and subscribers they've lost due to the changes in its name
It was what shareholders wanted.
I agree with you on the first two, for me it's just a case of filling up areas in Azeroth that were clearly mastered later.
I am going to reply earnestly to you TBC fangays. TBC killed WoW. But it did not kill WoW in one fell swoop. It was the death of one thousand cuts. Shattrath gave us portals, so everyone set their hearth there. This made the world feel smaller. No longer did you beg mages for ports, you just hearthed to shat.
TBC allowed summoning stones to summon other players. No longer did warlocks have a special role while leveling. Mages and locks plopped down a "cookie jar" instead of manually trading foods and healthstones.
Every. single. update. after 1.12 literally kept people from interacting as much. Shat. city STOPPED YOU from attacking other players. Why? Why couldnt it be like booty bay or gadgetzen? What kind of in game lore reason is that? There is none. Youre constantly reminded, as you play TBC : "YOU ARE IN A GAME, THAT HAS BEEN PROHIBITED". You want to gain rep or earn money. What do you do? Maybe the group you want to gain rep for, hates another group. So you could go kill those mobs, no wait, you just do their daily quest "YOU ARE IN A GAME, REMINDER, YOU PERFORM THIS QUEST, REMINDER"
It just funnels you from A to B to C and you never fucking interact with human beings. Flying mounts made travel around outland safe, no longer did you have to watch your back like if you were running around STV or EPL like in vanilla. Resiliance is extremely immersion breaking, why does this gem magically make it hurt less when a player throws a fireball in my face, vs a regular NPC? "YOU ARE IN VIDEO GAME, REMINDER, DAMAGE FROM PLAYERS DOES LESS DAMAGE, REMINDER"
TBC is like a fucking arcade game. And some people like that. They like raidlogging and thats it. They dont care about the larger world as a whole. But bare this in mind: your mentality killed WoW. Was one of the attunements in TBC harder than any in vanilla? Maybe, but who fucking cares when the game as a whole died for that attunement to be slightly harder.
Cool post and I agree mostly but
>Resiliance is extremely immersion breaking
I mean none of the stats in wow is realistic, they all break immersion
I can’t wait to see all the angry whispers when I deny meme specs and fury warriors from all of my dungeon runs as a prot warrior
Same. I can't remember the last time I DPS'd in a 5 man as a warrior. Slap on a shield, invite all casters, and take all the tank/DPS loot.
Resiliance is the only stat that is literally useless for PVE, and only wrecks shit for pvp
In vanilla you CAN use a PVE spec/gear in PVP. Yeah its suboptimal but you CAN DO IT. With resil, its just straight up only for PVP. No pve benedit. And if you dont have it for pvp, and the other guy does, YOU LOSE. Theres no chance to win actually. But if you tried PVPing in raid spec in vanilla, you still had a fucking chance to win the fight.
Its such a brutal, heavy handed way to "fix" pvp balance. Like amptuating someones hand over a hangnail.
I just read wowhead's classic hunter leveling guide. What a load of garbage. Do players actually not use boars to level (at least the first 20-30 levels)?
Why do Hunt*rds think they need Stam on gear? Why would a subhuman Hunt*rd thing they should roll on a +8 Stam +2 Int cape? Why would a Hunt*rd have a mental breakdown about a Priest not buffing him? Out of all the classes, it's probably the one it's least important on. If you're a competent Huntroach you can solo pretty much any mob without getting hit. So how big your health pool is doesn't matter. Arguably, Stamina is important on PvP servers for, obvious reasons. But why does it seem to be such a highly valued stat? Some even seem to put it above Agility. Like their whole strategy for PvP is to frantically spam wing clip and tank damage while trying to run as their pet does all the damage to whatever it is wrecking them, because they never ACTUALLY learned to kite and having a big mana pool to farm many mobs back to back and infinitely kiting with shots is something they don't know how to do.
In 1.12, quests are significantly faster than grinding. Especially as a hunter. I assume im speaking to our resident "based and redpilled" private server player. On northdale, everythings going to be camped so you should grind any yellow mobs you can find since everyone is following the same guides.
>b-b-b-but cats do 1 more dps
>muh broken tooth

The retailchads are laughing at us again bros ...

being a cuckold is the thinking mans fetish
Mage / Lock "Cookie Jar" are fucking phenomenal and great. Full stop fuck off with the meme of how opening trade 30 times at the start of a raid is some cool unique community thing and then having to randomly open trade with more jabronis later on in the raid because they ran out / new people joined or how spending 15 minutes hitting conjure water was a involving experience.
That shit sucked and it was a major improvement in all forms. The only thing I would add was that it made a bigger banquet table where you individually clicked on food items or water items for whatever you needed.
Everyone traded the warlock. You had downtime while everyone was getting ported in and setting up. It was something to do while you bantered with your guild.
so you're defective and anti social. Okay. Cool. Have fun in retail. Because your opinion doesnt matter. cookie jar was an update that undeniably reduced player interaction.
We get it, you like diminished player interaction. You like LFR , we get it dude. Like i said, have fun in retail while we're over playing classic :)
Bros I've been hearing whispers ... that Classic is getting pushed to 2020 .... anyone able to confirm?
Yes.
I'm the guy who you replied to then.
I don't get why the person who made that image seems so proud of themselves. I was literally just asking a question and have no attachment to any expansion. They seem to be very convinced that I was a "TBCuck" as they call it.
It’s the “Blues” music of gaming - a people, a point in time.
It's Karazhan
confirmed
source: my wifes son
I think that user was just looking for a reason to post that screenshot. He likely had a false positive and assumed you were a tbcfag. Because they are all over classic threads, trying to sway the community into "wanting" TBClassic. Theyre retarded and have to be regularly told to fuck off, because TBC ruined everything enjoyable about classic, and is essentially an entire different game and experience
Some classes can manage to PvP in PvE gear in TBC/Wrath but they can only do it in teamfight situations where they have healers backing them up.
Actually, the 2nd best time I've ever had in AV was going in as Arcane/Frost raid spec and literally tab-targeting and oneshotting people with max stack arcane blast full mana pool dumping. Full procs on trinkets and Arcane Power/Icy Veins. Fucking 1 second between 100-0 kills in the big ~35v35 GY pushes. Consistently doubled the #2 person's damage and with nearly half the killing blows. Shit was SO cash.

I haven't read it but in the old days (the real ones long before 1.12) a lot of pets didn't have super powerful bullshit and not everyone had some guide to help them.
What most people agreed on was that faster pet attacks were fairly helpful with both fucking casters in PvP and maintaining consistent aggro (hence why you see most Tank Warriors going for faster MH) which is why shit like The Rake from Mulgore were popular with low level huntards since it had a faster attack speed and was low level. Since pets didn't scale at all to level, you couldn't just go pick up Rake at like level 30 and have it be useful since it would be stuck at level 12 or whatever.
Not sure why they wouldn't recommend updated boars though.
>Some nigger talking shit when he probably played neither lock or mage
>Even uses false equivalencies
Quit being a insipid fuck, people just open trade, no whisper, and you right click 1-2 stacks and close the trade window, 0 socializing.
timestamp? also
>lives in a van
hmm benji wtf
>when your game is so bad most people have more fun talking/taking quizzes about the 15 year old version
how to retailniggers cope with this?
Then dont roll a mage or lock you big fucking retarded baby
>tfw I was in my dark ebm/cybergoth phase during vanilla WoW
>ywn melt faces as a shadowpriest while listening to this guys songs on myspace again
>>fury only comes online late AQ40
Bullshit, fury tops the meters from day 1 of MC along with rogues. And they stay pretty much matched because of threat, and rogues having regular, cheap item upgrades(4 whole tier sets vs 1/2) making up for their slightly worse scaling.
If you are going to make "death by a thousand cuts" argument, you could make the exact same argument in regards to vanilla. Say, one of the "thousand cuts" things people tend to accuse TBC of starting is catchup gear but if you read about the recent blue posts concerning Blizzard's justification for not using pre-1.12 itemization, they specifically mentioned items being intended as catchup gear. Which should have been obvious but there you go. In other words, if you look at TBC's place in the history of thousands of cuts the game has suffered, it doesn't actually stand out in any particular way. Picking on it is just as arbitrary as picking on 1.5.0 or whatever other patch or time period. Moreover, regardless of how some of these things would ultimately pan out, that is in the past now and I think it would be more productive to judge the expansion on its own merits. For example, it marks an INCREASE in uniqueness of specs/roles, professions are more impactful than prior or since etc etc - by standards held by most of the anti-neo-WoW community, it has a lot going for it.
I'll address specific complaints in next post.
at least they have a game to play unlike classicucks
Now, to address the specific complaints. Resilience: While the most obvious use is PvP, resilience isn't (or wasn't, we're talking about TBC, not Wrath) an anti-player stat. It's an anti-crit stat. Now, the most obvious use of course is in PvP, but it has no separate rules for players and mobs and in circumstances where you might want to be crit less (achieving crit immunity while wearing resistance gear, bears who don't benefit from parry as part of the defense stat package finding it desirable, Thorim in Wrath), it does see PvE use too. Indeed, while the complaint towards players being treated differently is factually false, this is a very silly bone to pick in general since WoW is INCREDIBLY ABSTRACT. Why is a bear in Dun Morogh a hundred times less powerful than a weakened diseased bear in Plaguelands? For the same reason resilience behaves as it does: mechanics in WoW serve as a means to facilitate character progression, not to simulate the world as though WoW was a sandbox game.
What they should have done with Arenas is have "top x spots" for each class instead of for the whole team. Then if you weren't a nigger and didn't reroll to be a Warrior/Druid or SL/SL Lock, or HPally+DK in Wrath, you could still be competing for spots against your own class. Even if there was a class that never had anyone above 2300 you could still be rewarded for being the best member of it.
There's basically nothing remarkable about running one of the two strongest comps and rolling over half the field while you wade through mirror matches and have slightly better luck on your skillherald procs against teams that have also crushed half the field.
Then it would also incentivize people to not spam the FotM shit because there would be less competition in the less popular/powerful classes.

Similar argument could be made for Shattrath being a sanctuary because vanilla contains a similar precedent: for the purposes of facilitating enjoyable gameplay (the same reasons Shattrath is a sanctuary), the first two racial starting areas and capital cities are not contested zones. Indeed, you could say Shattrath is thematically less damning since player character kinda sorta does pledge his allegiance to Sha'tar, it's the staging ground in war against mutual enemies and there's this powerful angelic keeping peace, while attacking enemy lowbies should be the most logical thing for you to do. And of course, then there are PvE servers too... And if you want to raise an argument "why can't I RP as a character that doesn't want to fight the Legion?" then I sure hope you never did any quests in vanilla because by doing so player character is established as having all kinds of pathologies from pathological altruism to being pathologically trusting.
As for reputation, last time I checked all factions but Orgi'la (where progression works entirely through dailies) work exactly the way as you described (you probably are thinking of Shattered Sun Offensive, but you gain reputation from doing Magister's Terrace, and that would be by far the fastest way to get exalted). The way dailies were implemented in TBC has sound justification I already mentioned. And concerning reputation, it's yet another one of those "vanilla/TBC-esque" mechanics where the importance peaked in TBC
digging this song, thanks techbro
reminder that concern trolling works inversely
>People ask for Blizzlike
>Blizzard delivers
>People complain anyway
...
Now, I DO sympathize with these sort of thematic arguments. When I change an option in the menu, like why does Bonechewer Ravener suddenly hit for 10k instead of 400? I'm highly in favor of thematic mechanics in general. But singling TBC out is simply disingenuous because so many complaints apply to vanilla, and whatever Blizzard might have done with the concepts later (same applies to vanilla concepts too!), the payoffs in TBC tend to be tremendous. Like in case of heroic dungeons that I mentioned, they basically doube the amount of endgame-relevant 5-mans AND providing a legitimate small group content for people who don't like raiding (conversely, artificial difficulty slider for raids does no such thing).
Vanilla catchup gear doesn't break tiers. MC gear still shits all over even the expensive and time-consuming T0.5. Same goes for ZG items. Outside of a few pieces with outrageously good stat allocation(looking at you, lionheart), and tier pieces with really lackluster ones, and that isn't exclusive to later additions.
It's just code, goy. Don't worry about it, announcement soon so get hyped.
drain tanking
its like you never even played the class
>It's an anti-crit stat
It's damage reduction %, crit change reduction %, and crit damage reduction %.
Later on also dot damage reduction %, because obviously that's fucking retarded and breaks completely breaks the balance even when both sides are decked out in full PvP gear.
Resilience was shit.
I'm telling you that the table was better. You're memeing about socializing when that's not what happened 19/20 times.
What you never heard of the "Just open trade for food / water" in raid chat? Socializing with that shit was the absolute bare minimum. The only decent time was when random passerbies politely asked / bought some water or the healer asking for some mana moisture at the start of 5mans.
Which still happened in TBC because people would still ask you for a table which exclusively cut out the annoying trade menus while still having the social aspect. Quit being a high aggro bitch user, it's unbecoming, some shit in TBC is better than Vanilla while some other things worsened. You can't escape that truth.
Group finder needs to be added
Sum 41 . linkin park , limp bizkit. All that edgy shit
>What is the best raid instance and why is it aq20?
It's aq20 because you have the most nostalgia for it or you simply remember it best of all your childhood playing vanilla.
Fury MT *tanking* doesn't become a thing till late AQ40 with great gear. Fury dps will exist but I expect the Prot chad will be dabbing on them for weapon drops, most plate, and then they compete with rogues, getting items is gonna suck balls as fury. Also gonna have that stigma if you never want to tank.
Why dont you talk about portals or summoning stones or flying mounts or arena/esports focused pvp balance? You cleverly avoid these topics.
The reality is the original WoW dev team was being ousted out during the course of TBC. By the time wrath hit, only one (or two?) original/vanilla WoW developers were left in the team. The rest had been bullied out, quit, or reassigned. You can listen to classicast podcasts and have this verified if you dont believe me.
TBC was a handing off point, a different approach to everything was taken. Andi it was clear to player who had their eyes open. Was vanilla perfect? No, but it has COHESIVE. The choices made sense. The design philosophy was coherent. TBC was fragmented, schizophrenic, experimental, and had identity issues. It didn't know what it wanted to be. Cigar chomping business execs were calling the shots, not a thoughtful design team.
The only, ONLY reason TBC was successful is because it cannibalized the few remaining, unimplemented ideas that the Vanilla team originally cooked up. Before gracelessly ousted out of the team.
It’s mostly not even that, it’s data/configuration
>mfw one little meme item and pre-bis will let me dab on the dps meters in MC and BWL.
Idc if the ride ends there. It will be fun to see other melee dps dumbfounded.
Are you gonna play the beta? I think I might, but I don't want to burnout before the actual games comes out ...
>100%
>just kills the last boss
You're retarded aren't you?
wrong, you go 0/34/17 or 0/31/20 if you want more survivability
there is no benefit being full prot in raids
Well, neither does TBC catchup gear. The problem in TBC progression is T6 being easier than even post-nerf T5 (it's an empiric fact that after lifting of attunements, guilds typically cleared everything but Mother Shahraz, Illidari Council, Illidan and Archimonde before killing Kael and Vashj, and in terms of raw throughput requirements - the thing where gear helps the most - they're easy bosses, just bosses where idiots can easily get killed and worse, kill others). And even that in mind, it doesn't exactly allow you to skip content because 1) there's reasons to do older raids even if you didn't have to; 2) the time it takes to get said gear means you're ought to be raiding normally while gathering these pieces on the side. While it would in principle be possible to be raiding T6 (which is actually easier than T5, that's the problem here) without ever stepping foot in T4 or T5 raids, why wouldn't you? The fact that even the most nerfed versions of TBC heroics are legitimately tough and completing them, I think, earns you the right for some good gear is already besides the point.
Besides, catchup gear is a GOOD thing. Vanilla devs realized this even at the time. It can become a problem like it did in Wrath by introducing planned obsolescence of content and being completely disproportionately powerful to time and effort required to get it (RDF ignores lockouts so you could literally get full kit in a day from doing trivial content that some classes might even unironically be able to solo after the first few hours of gear handouts), but this is not the case in TBC.
>fury tanking
I wasn't talking about some autistic speedrunning meme, I was talking about fury. Fury doing what fury does, and it's fucking obvious I did. Or did you genuinely think I said they were competing with rogues for fucking tank spots? Retard.
not that user, but what's a great drain tanking talent list including 'Soul Link', I also really want to use a Succubus with a clear PVP focus. Much appreciated if you could.
How hard is it to get a tank spot in raids? Might heal because dps is so mind numbing.
>bosses are literally the big trash mobs with 2-3 mechanics
>the entire raid is like this with 1-2 exceptions
I'm just making you aware that "plebs and scrubs" run +10 keys in retail right this fucking moment. You could combine all of the hardest bosses in the entire vanilla and make it into one dungeon with the time attack and most plebs who play retail nowadays would nail it 100% within a month and never fail it since.
Still gonna be wearing a shield for most of your raid career
see this is why no one likes furyfags, they get so uppity at the drop of a hat. Rogues > fury any day of the week. Fury is about as autismal as feral ot
I prefer Throne of Thunder or Tomb of Sargeras
Based no shoe no reading comprehension nigger.
Oh you're just talking about the autistic dps meme that can barely tank dungeons I gotcha.
A reminder to all the deny all furyniggers spots in anything.
WotLK really was the worst for starting the bullshit making every raid before the current tier useless to run
You aren't getting one.
>fury
OH NO NO NO
if you think plebs will even hit 60 and beat anything endgame you are delusional
no one doing progression is going to use furyniggers, literal loot vacuum niggers forever sucking all loot from too many classes to become good, rather have more magetoids and rogueshits
I can imagine you tearing up when you join your first MC with 8+ fury warriors.
>classic brainlets think leveling is hard
Yes, genius. Fury warriors compete with rogues in damage. They don't compete with rogues over tank spots. I was talking about dps. The guy I replied to
>fury only comes online late AQ40, you will be doing the most damage out of all melee and ranged until Naxx fire mages
was talking about dps.
Retard.
+2.6% hit and +15% damage on glancing blows is OP as shit and you’re a mongoloid if you go anything but human
fury warriors are just disgusting full stop, just roll a survival hunter or a rogue and get it over with
DRUCHADS WIN AGAIN
>docs.google.com
HOW THE FUCK CAN WARRNIGGERS EVER RECOVER.
no one cares furyniggers, put on the shield and shaddup and suck my bear cock
Run with succ for cc, sac and insta summon VW for shield sac if you need it. Remember you can still fear + nuke as aff/demo for decent damage, get a lucky nightfall in midcast.
Cleansers are gonna be a pain in the ass, but that's just how it is.
So uh.....about that out of control threat...you DO realize prot warrior struggles against them right? Gonna be pissing off MT chads and their healer girlfriends big time. Why bring your ass over a rogue?
OOOOOH SHIT NIGGA. YABBA DABBA
DABBED ON
No Druids allowed, sorry. I want a real healer for my 5 man, and the last time I gave them a chance they stole all the DPS trinkets/rings/necklaces for their 'off set'. I can get you 2 slots max for my raid though, no off specs our furys can off tank fine.
forgot pic
So far for rogue 1-40 speed it goes:
1)Grinding
2)Questing While Grinding
3)Questing
With grinding leveling speed being:
1)Humanoids w/ a pet.
2)Humanoids
3)Beasts/Elementals/Etc
Leveling economy goes:
1) Certain beasts
2) Certain Pickpocketed Humanoids
3) Humanoids
Fastest spec is:
1) Face stab daggers
2) Non face stab daggers (Gouge or stun for backstabs.)
3) Combat swords
So far 1-40 skipping Hillsbrad and Stranglethorn is still averaging 4 days /played which is terrible time.
This has been a SwoleBenji status report. About to wrap up 1-40 combat swords (32-40 being pure grind no quests I couldn't handle the brainyness of trying to quest anymore.) Video tomorrow on the math being opening 161 junkboxes from elite mobs in the 30-40 range. Pretty fun stuff. Gonna render it tonight as I sleep and upload tomorrow. Either early 5 am or late afternoon 1pm Murica time. After that gonna just grind out a hunter and use that to gank Northdale alliance till beta this Wednesday.
Peace out lads and stay epic, based, and redpilled.
>5 people doing a dungeon is parallel to 40 people doing a raid
the difficulty in organizing increases exponentially as you increase the number, so any dungeons (even super hard ones) are easy mode with regards to that. you can have 10 min max all stars in your guild and still be stuck doing progression because half of the raid sucks. the "pro raiding guilds" become no fun allowed really quickly so they will get burnt out unless they're best in realm due to various classic specific factors. you can't spam raids like dungeons for experience at the fights too.
unless you're GM/officer at guild creation, next to impossible at launch. you'll be off tanking when needed at best.
soul link warlock is 1.12's most imba pvp build
memestabbing only works on your 3rd world chinkshit servers, not genuine hand crafted white man servers.
I went back to retail because I couldn't handle the wait any longer. Haven't played since Cataclysm. I'm having fun fuck you. I just wish Classic would release already
It works with a lag switch and 5000+ apm macro but you can't livestream unless you somehow have two internets.
>Why dont you talk about portals or summoning stones or flying mounts or arena/esports focused pvp balance? You cleverly avoid these topics.
Well, let's talk e-sports. Now, I know there are some balance changes where PvP was a factor (then again, this is hardly anything new). However, considering TBC represents the peak diversity of specs the game ever saw, the idea of e-sports balance being the driving factor in its class design seems like a ridiculous claim. Numerous specs are completely impotent in PvP (I want you to picture the difference of prot warriors or pallies in vanilla/TBC versus how they are in Wrath), and conversely, a number of specs are clearly PvP-specialized such that PvP can be tweaked individually (like sub, a dedicated PvP spec in vanilla too).
While I agree implementation of flying mounts was shortsighted because they were going to turn out bad sooner or later, they worked out fine in TBC specifically (). In addition, I would like to point out that this is a purely mechanistic complaint while thematically there should be absolutely no reason whatsoever for them NOT to be in the game.
Portals, summoning stones? Eh, I guess they do reduce the uniqueness of the involved class specs, but mage table/soulwell are AN ENORMOUS boost in convenience for very little damage suffered in terms of thematic mechanics (there's always a threshold where the tradeoff is worth it, like not including a need to shit in the game as an extreme example, and I think here it has been crossed by a mile). Indeed, are they anti-thematic to begin with? Mages don't conjure individual pieces of bread but a whole bunch as it is: is that truly different to conjuring an even bigger stack? And, as said, these sort of class-specific unique features peaked in TBC.
The following rant is irrelevant. Who the devs were of what they thought is irrelevant when we're discussing the final product, and TBC being poorly designed is yet to be demonstrated by you.
>TBC has catch up gear, and that’s a good thing
>WotLK had planned obsolescence and that justifies catch up gear
You are the problem, closet retail faggot
>it works if you cheat.
right click reported.
much appreciated, again, thanks
to be clear, you will get raped as a warlock during phases 1-2, and probably for 3-4 as well. only during phases 5-6 will you become death, destroyer of worlds
jesus christ you are an idiot
I don't think it's a very big deal but to act like summon shit is some kind of socializing thing just smacks of someone who has never fucking played this game past level 30
Fellow classic anons, I only played hunter in TBC and WotLK, are they really useless in Classic raids or will I be viable
Oh, please tell me how you think these might be incompatible views and I might come back to you. Pro tip: I specifically said that catchup gear is good ON CONDITION that it's not powerful/accessible enough to be cause harm, such as introducing planned obsolescence of content.
I honestly think every class and spec is viable in Classic Wow, you just have to get good and have fun (except for fury warrior no-lifers who can fuck off)
I honestly feel fucking sick whenever I see a warrior without a shield. Feels like im looking at a dickless man proud of not having a cock.
I'm not proud of it but I do get a kick even as a Horde player, seeing Pallys kick the shit out of Furries in AV
Yea Forums, what's the best premade setup for WSG/AB honor farming? Which classes(specs) are mandatory, and which ones would make your group less optimal?
>TBC was when WoW become popular and due to corporate bureaucracy and people seeking to further their own careers, good game design practices fell to the wayside as people looking to further their careers jumped in and ousted out the original team, and took the game down a path that eventually lead to where we find retail today
>LMFAO THIS RANT OF YOURS IS TOTALLY IRRELEVANT
Ok? I guess?
I mean if your argument boils down to "lmao dude who cares" then I guess I cant develop a counterpoint. If the fact the original team members were distraught and upset by being thrown out of their own studio doesnt raise red flags to you, then I guess you're just not interested in having a dialog
That's not correct at all, most of the DM catch up gear was as good or better than MC gear in the same slot because the itemization of the DM blues was better
Bleeding edge guilds, nope
Normal bros who play for fun, yup
Probably 2% of guilds will go full autism and stick to the meta, unless you are one of those types you definitely don't want to play with them.
Advanced normie guilds can clear easily up to early naxx with anything as long as they aren't total brain dead gamers.
Is there anything better than finding an enemy warrior running around with truestrike on? You just know he's gonna have fuckall health and no armor.
How many people do you think are going to be incredibly disappointed when they play Vanilla again/for the first time and realize how bad it is?
25-50%, huge majority retail noobs getting classic sub for "free"
the same thing happened with OSRS, most players were addicted to the garbage and didn't see how the purer form was better
thanks lockbro, I'm going to be casually PvE'ing with old pals so it might even take that long
Yeah, like the meme robe. Or lionheart. Oh, wait.
Catchup gear in vanilla doesn't break tiers. The natural progression in phase 1 is to start with MC. The natural progression in phase 6, is start with MC.
classic is for noobs who cant handle more than 2 raid mechanics
im sure it will be a hit with Yea Forums casuals lmao
It literally did break tiers, they had to reitemize T1 because is was complete shit compared to DM
It took hours to get from 20 to 30, you guys said leveling in WoW was now fast..
>MMOs consist of end game raid mechanics and nothing else. Nothing besides end game raid mechanics matters. The quality of an MMO is decided by how many mechanics are in end game raid boss fights. More mechanics = better game.
I can't quite recall starting an argument about office politics taking place inside Blizzard during development of TBC. In a nutshell my argument always was "TBC is a soundly designed game and most, although not all, complaints against it are misguided if not outright factually false" and the post where this line of discussion started () also talks about pure design.
In this post you said "good game design practices fell to the wayside as people looking to further their careers jumped in and ousted out the original team". Well, I've argued in favor of design in TBC being good, a claim which you here implicitly dispute. Now, perhaps there were key figures that were ousted (although my recollection of WoW's development history paints a different timeline: I care more about actual game design than history of development, but I wouldn't mind clarifying my understanding if you can provide some links), but supposing that's the case, given that we're presumably arguing about whether TBC is well-designed, this only influences who we are to credit for its good (or bad) design, the old devs or the new ones. So it's irrelevant to the question of fact, and relevant only in how you are to interpret it.
release date yet?
stay mad, casual
5 holy paladins
just like every fucking game on henhouse
PALADIN FAGS PLAYING THE MOST BORING SHIT BABY CLASS IN THE GAME RUINS THE ENTIRE FUCKING WSG QUEUE ON THE SERVER BECAUSE THEY CANT HANDLE DYING fuck off
how good do you have to be to tank classic deadmines
2020
if only alliance get paladin, then what's the horde version of 5 pallies? 5 shaman? or is their healing/utility not the same?
If you want to do mythic plus, then do mythic plus.
They redid the tier gear because they were dogshit.
You've plenty of pieces that last because of their stat allocation that aren't catchup gear. Fucking Lionheart, a pre-raid piece, shits all over naxx loot. A bunch of MC items like choker and accuria last you a fucking while, too. You don't skip tiers, because the catchup gear doesn't beat the original. You don't skip MC for DM. You don't skip BWL for ZG or AQ20. A few exceptional pieces doesn't change that, and sure as shit isn't limited to catchup gear.
>trying this hard
user, players aren't going to sub for retail. If they don't like Classic, they're gone forever. Retail is a dead mess of players whose highlight is to collect battle pets, mounts, and achievements. There are too many raid mechanics for many of the BDA raid encounters - it's not fun. Retail hasn't been fun for almost a decade. I'm just pushing m+ keys to kill time; if beta releases next weekend and I'm in, you won't see me again in retail.
copy, thanks. needed to schedule off work so i'm scheduled 2020 off
How is that supposed to stop any decent team with cc and a Druid carrier? After a couple stuns/bubbles they have nothing
A level 18 voidwalker can tank deadmines.
user there are people in private servers who skipped right over MC with blue gear because there simply isn't that much difference
feral trannies btfo
he forget to mention retail is hand holding from start to finish.
at least they have mythic bosses to be proud of
run at enemies and spam two abilities / 10
dungeon difficulty for every spec is basically inverted from raid difficulty. ranged dps is the hardest role because you're in charge of CC/AoE.
I'm pretty sure spell batching was the reason for vanish being buggy, if the rogue activated vanish in the same tick as other spells activated, it overwrote all other effects and made the spells miss.
>LFR raids in retail are harder than any raid on classic
the absolute STATE of classicucks
And? You've people raiding MC in greens. We weren't arguing whether full BIS is needed to progress.
it's weird that so many fats come to home threads to shill retail. really wonder why, or who
they better make Blood elves playable! I DEMAND A PRETTY RACE FOR THE HORDE!
[streamer] told me to be hyped for classic, so i am, can't wait bros
its stopped every single pug dead in its tracks for me, they can never coordinate to deal with it or our class composition dooms us right from the start
i dont play premades, i am 2 wins and 14 losses for WSG today
That's pretty much the definition of tiers being broken, isn't it? If you can just skip right over an entire tier of content and loot and skip to the next?
how do I get a black gf with his hair?
No, because greens aren't better than dungeon blues, even if DM loot isn't necessary to take a dump on onyxia and rag. It's a completely different topic.
Literally just ignore them use cc and heal your carrier and any shaman or Druid should be able to get it out of there
I don't know, Tier 2 (besides the helm) just feels so iconic to me. That blue and purple always made me think of Pop Tarts
I wish to make an Alliance Warrior. I hate gnomes.
Human, Night Elf or Dwarf?
>non holy paladin
>non resto shaman
>non resto druid
>non prot warrior
You're not getting in any groups.
>B-But reddit told me every spec is viable
LMFAO
>tfw when my wife Pizzacat just confirmed that she will be playing on Classic
bros ...
Oh no! I won't be able to play with 2% of the community that will be minmaxing autists that absolutely need to have sex! :(
this*
night elf warrior/hunter in BGs is a lot of fun because of shadowmeld
as a warrior you can charge hordies from out of shadowmeld and make them shit themselves
>having to trap without the launcher
Absolute kino
>It took hours to get from 20 to 30
Yeah, 2 hours(3 if you don't have looms)
The minmaxxing autists actually need more fury warriors and eleresto shamans to make the 32 warrior 8 shaman dream happen.
Does that apply to things that hit right away, like mind blast and shit?
How does batching work with dispels, could a warlock spellstone CC?
>disables your trap
nothin personnel, kid
>non gnome caster
>non human warrior/rogue
>non dwarf priest
pshh not getting into my groups
If you look at number of explicit boss mechanics then there's absolutely no question. Hell, if you think about total throughput required to beat the content (basically enrage timers), it's probably quite similar: I would imagine both are somewhere in the range of quarter of the performance achievable by perfectly min/maxed raid with best play.
However, the number of explicit boss mechanics in itself is totally irrelevant to difficulty and tuning only truly matters when you are already executing (if people are dropping like flies and you miss the enrage timer, you don't need to remedy this by pushing bigger numbers but by not being fucking retarded and dying in fire). Number of boss mechanics matters, but only when they are RELEVANT. The thing is, faceroll artificial difficulty setting in neo-WoW is designed such that you can basically ignore the mechanics and still beat the content: stand in fire, not switch to adds, failing to min/max DPS gains from buff you might get or whatever while conversely, to its credit the few mechanics that are there in vanilla DO tend to matter. Say, faceroll artificial difficulty modes in neo-WoW are designed such that everyone can whore the meters without caring about dispels, perhaps a couple of players reluctantly doing it haphazardly. In vanilla, unless you are running with an elite team that can brute force through regardless, you do have to take them seriously. Hell, you have to take seriously even implicit fight mechanics (that effectively no longer exist in neo-WoW) like threat, or pulling trash packs with due care, which makes the straight comparison on number of mechanics unfair to vanilla.
its not getting the flag its taking theirs
there is no way a pug of the average players on this server is going to coordinate their cc enough to reliably deal with the paladin stomps in every single game at least before they deal with your FC and half of these games you dont even get a competent druid
>which is grating when you realize Horde gets SM just a stone throw away from UC
Every dungeon is just a stone's throw away from any Horde flight path. The map is incredibly biased towards Horde in Vanilla.
Female undead are cuties.
brehs im just worried a streamer and his zoomer army is gonna ruin my wow experience
>cleanse
>cleanse
>cleanse
>cleanse
>BoF
>cleanse
>cleanse
literally (and I really do mean literally) who?
Just play on EU. All the redditors and twitch zoomers will play on NA.
Alliance is definitely favored in other ways, but yes as an ally player in vanilla, I was jealous of horde's zeppelins everywhere, their easy of access/ proximity to SM and other instances.
Horde even get a teleport straight to gnomer. But at the same its obvious Alliance were favored in other areas, and I feel these things were given to horde as an amends,to throw them a bone, etc
14 years later the alliance gets the most well designed city in the game with everything of interest packed into one little corner barely bigger than a boss room, and the horde gets utterly sprawled overly vertical crap.
>Wetlands and Redridge are contested zones
>no Horde quests there
>literally only contested so that Horde can gank Alliance lowbies
Orc Hunter on PVE server
>easy comfy leveling with pet bro
>help other adventurers
>join casual relaxed guild
>level professions as I level
>do all dungeons and their quests at appropriate level
>do all class quests and immerse myself

>collect D1 set
>solo farm lower level content for gold
>collect keys, do long quest chains, explore
>pvp when I'm bored
>raid until AQ for easy loot
>complete epic bow/staff quest and achieve greatness
>enjoy myself and dab on the min/max'ers
Is there anything more comfy?
Were going home bro's
Who else is going Warlock on PvP server just to teach all these Vanilla newcomers the joys of Deathcoil?
when is classic wow out
>DC
>not succspam
but yes
chaining seduce and nades is the most obnoxious shit ever in 1v1s
Zoomers know it as mortal coil since Death Knights stole it back.
I will be rolling gnome warlock on a pvp server
Not really sure I will be facerolling hordies though, my main goal is to survive lol
Literally no one will watch it, thanks
I expect 100 or so views. It's not really a thing people search.
I expect 0 views
>It's not really a thing people search.
Why state the obvious
>warrior is the most popular class
But why
It’s literally a minion unless you have teammates
Reddicucks will watch it as well as Gamefaqeurs.
And you're gonna watch it too.
Braindead class.
That's a nice plan bro. Realistic and enjoyable.
Ever since the spring semester let out and I finished my last final, all I've done for the past ~10 days is obsessively f5 various WoW forums and twitter pages
I think waiting for classic is unironically harming my mental health. JUST GIVE ME A DATE
>on PVE server
stopped reading there
>And you're gonna watch it too.
Lmao fuck off no i wont, i wont even *idly* give it a view, i can call you a fucktard here instead of whatever comment section you'll be seeing no one in
IMO opening 161 junk boxes to see the loot sounds kinda fun desu
Fuck no it doesnt, fuck off
Eh, doesn't really effect me if you do or don't. Keep jerking it to TipsOut and all the other copycat jewtuber normie beta cuck false info slinging out of shape neckbearded betas.
Honestly it's just a 32 minute long video of me opening lockboxes and autistically sperging about how rogue diaries are worth 45 silver each.
another thread down. beta soon. release in 2 months.
Your game will never have the devs FFXIV has and will forever stay soulless Classic had no soul
Don’t lie to me, user.
I was originally gonna go a priest, but I think I wanna do a shaman, and I just can’t wait any longer.
