Hey Switchfags, how's your game going?

Hey Switchfags, how's your game going?

I haven't even come close to finishing the PC version, why would I waste money on another version I'll never play?

How long does it take for Death to respawn after being killed?

Just buy it. But 2 copies so CAPCOM would make DD2.

How does it run in handheld? Would gladly buy and play again unless it was shit.

Just got to the Everfall with my slut elf mystic knight and my witch loli pawn

why should i get it

He will respawn instantly. Location varies on BBI progress.

Game is kinda easy past level 100, how's the hard mode?

Enemies stats are buffed a bit and stagger less but you'll still kill them just as fast when you're over level 100.

Oh, I thought a few ingame days had to pass first.
Someone was kind enough to friend me because of my pawn. I wanted to give their pawn some Death knowledge but she died by the end of battle. Forgetting that the game autosaves after a quest (The Wages of Death IV) is completed, I suicided to redo the fight and basically forfeited the sickle piece and lantern because the game saved before I picked those up. In essence, I am dumb.

Well it's been almost a year since last I play, might as well start again in hard mode anyway.

The Brine is for your kind.

It’s fine

yeah i did buy it, put like 70hr and kill daimon first time
taking a break to play a short indie before i come back to kill daimon part 2

bump

Yeah, the switch version is great!

this man is in the 9th dimension of bait

I already owned it on Steam but I rebought it on Switch. Even lacking the conveniences that mods bring and dealing with the awful pop-up, I'm fucking loving the convenience of playing it on the platform.

Switch ver is great

Nice falseflagging. But your mouse and keyboard controls are showing, amateur.

Can you any of you guys take my pawn in some adventures? She is really fun and cute AC27-EODE-BEAF

What platform?

I'm level 106 thinking about trying out hard mode, how hard is hard mode BBI?

Is this game good? I need some more Switch games

user please, if you're going to bait things at least be smart about it.

I forgot this came out, time to buy it for the 4th time I guess

Unironically would play a game in this style, as long as the combat is good
remind me of the good old day of runescape

Please support Capcom. You want DD2, right?

Surely they'll make a sequel if we all buy just one more port, r-right?

>can't even hold 30fps at less than 720p
>kiketendo joined kikestation and kikebox paid online scam for the switch, enjoy renting those pawns in the literal sense
>limited control and settings options, 30fps cap, no mods

Switch version has portability as its sole reason for existing, but other than that I can't understand why anyone would buy any of the rereleases of this game when the PC version exists and runs well even on cobweb-filled toasters.

I've bought it but haven't started it yet
Have they done the Travis Touchdown crossover thing yet?

Yeah I bought the first game in the series haha. Can’t wait to try the new one

I was going to get it on the switch but I heard a few different people complain about the enemy pop in, in some cases when already being spotted, in handheld mode due to the weak draw distance.

That is a huge turnoff.

>You did buy the shitty Crapcom port, right?
no

Game defo on my radar, probably next purchase.

Silky smooth 30fps. Though the draw distance takes a bit of hit for that. Only really noticeable when you are out in large open areas but aside from that the game runs great.

just beat it (first time on switch) yesterday, never played BBI tho so I'm excited for that

>silky smooth 30 fps

The performance video linked to that post already disagrees with you.

No because I already own it on PC

>zoomer fag can't handle framedrops

>bought it on PC
>loved it
>has since bought it on PS4 and Switch
still need to replay it on switch when the mood arises

>he's still not 200
Nigger what are you doing

yeah i got it. but its called Dark Souls instead

Dark Souls is shit tho

Your contrarian opinion must make you feel really good.

Being a contrarian doesn't make you interesting user

Based samefag

Why not just play it on PC, you retards. I thought Nintendo/PC was the master race.

>beat the game
>pawn was a different gender
>dat pawn voice in arisen's old body
at least I didn't get merchant romance

i think its better in portable mode because of the draw distance issues it has

I'm angry that every time we go through this bullshit in the hopes of money going towards DD2 they just Todd it and find another platform to shove the fucking game on.

Not stable 30fps, less than 600p in handheld mode. Not even 1080p docked
Don't listen to these fucking shills that are desperate for DD2 and will try to sell you on this trash port

I want to but I don't want to grind again. I only love BBI and hate traversing the boring open world.
Wish they'd allow me to transfer my save from PC version.

DD2 WEN

Naught shall remain

after DmCV's success hopefully capcom gives itsuno the all clear to make DD sequel

I did and have just beaten the jew demon. Where is dd2 now ?

bump

Why in the hell sould i buy a shitty game for the Switch?
Dragons Dogma is literally a underwhelming gaming experience in every regard.
Not only did the first thing you see dissapoint ( graphics) but the entire game was filled with boring fetch quests that repeat themselves every single time no the entire world was filled with nothing.
Nothing to explore, nearly no secrets nothing interesting.
Mixed with the 3 different enemies ( that also respawn very often ) you were set for a boring borefest you had to endure.
I wish i could say atleast one positiv thing about the story but after realizing its just another " You are the chosen one" i didnt care.
i also didnt care for the emotionless NPC's that were sprinkled all over the game like shit over a donut.
I dont remember one single name from the game not even one because they were so bland.

But atleast i could swing a big sword xD

No, I didn't buy it. I've already bought it for PC. There's no reason for me to buy it on the Switch if any potential sequel won't be coming to it.

strider or ranger?

Assassin

What will happens to my current pawn if I start a new character?
This game really should have character slots.

Just create another profile to play on.

Underrated response

I wanted to but it was literally sold out in every single video game retailer within 30 miles of me.

No, I already own it on Steam.
>owning a Switch
For what purpose.

I'm not gonna buy it for a third time.
Unless it's cheap.

>tripnigger
>utter faggot
woah

That looks comfy.

When can you get those inclination potions I keep hearing about?

Encampment.

Just start playing mage for the first time, any tips?

Attached: 20190512195921_1.jpg (1440x900, 205K)

Take care you aren't soaked in water.

It looks better than the real thing.

I played the game recently on PC but I'll probably get it for Switch when i get one. I didn't understand a lot of shit at first and missed major quests so a second playthrough is mandatory

Tis easier to bring down when wroth

Is it just me or does Gravitas not do a damn thing?

Classic.

Piratefag here
anyone have a googledocs link for it? havent turned on my swich for like 6 months now

Nah the shit is bugged and they didn't bother to fix it

Fuck the dark bishop

Just noticed you could open the map with the touch-screen, that's handy.

Use dark damage

The only glaringly noticeable drops in the game are when your fighting ur-dragon, other wise it runs pretty well

I did and I love it. I've just been wandering around exploring and fighting stuff. I got to the point where you open up the wyrm hunt and I've done two of them so far. I've been playing as a Mystic Knight with a Sorcerer pawn and saw there was a skill that lowers the time to cast spells so I've been grinding as a Sorcerer to get that skill. I have one more level to go and I'll be done, thankfully.

I don't have interest in 3rd party games, so no.

>You did buy the Dragon's Dogma on Switch, right?
No as I'm done dipping. If they had released a Switch version along with the PS4 and Xbone versions I actually might've.

I find it easier to make time to play games on a portable system

Don't have a switch but all the DD talk lately has got me replaying on PC. God damn I love this game so much, having even more fun than I remember.

Attached: 20190511155709_1.jpg (1920x1080, 177K)

I never played it and know nothing about this game
someone sell it to me
