I think one thing they want is for any and all types of medical insurance/coverage to cover chopping off dicks as they see it as life threatening to not do so. They think they get pushed to the back of the bus when someone with cancer gets priority over their feels at a hospital. They think still having your dick is just as life threatening as cancer.
