the soundtrack, artbook, and morgana plush all had better versions released later separately
I dont regret it because it wasnt expensive, but I realize I would have been fine just getting the steelbook, but my excitement was too much

I dont think I'll ever get a special edition again, I just don't need all that goofy extra shit I dont need cluttering up my shelves

I bought the collector's edition of Elemental: War of Magic. If you haven't heard of this game, it's called Fallen Enchantress now and is far better, but on launch it was one of the worst games I've ever played, and it was so bad, in fact, that Stardock publicly apologized and reworked it entirely. I actually got Fallen Enchantress for free, along with some DLC shit, because I got that turd of a CE, but still, fuck Stardock.

J*ewstar was so cheap the materials Max is made of melts on temperatures that go above room temps, my statue fucking broke because Max is a big plastic boy and his ankles couldn't resist both the wight and the heat.

I got the dead space 2 special edition that came with the world's smallest plasma cutter. Was worth it for the Zealot suit, thing is cash. I dunno where all that shit went, collector's editions are almost universally retarded

Grabbed this a few years back on clearance. It's not a bad set for the price I paid, about $50 when the regular game was the same cost. You get some nice little extras but the statuette is just hollow PVC with no weight to it, and having the game itself inside the artbook instead of a case means I can't keep it on the shelf with the first game and that triggers my tisms.

I’ve gotten a few over the years, but Odin sphere was probably my favorite. The art book is really nice, the poster of Alice and Socrates is also pretty good looking, and the the shirt it came with fits pretty well.

I got the gears of war 2 special edition. It came with a fullsized Lancer (chainsawgun) but spraypainted gold. Didn't move but it had a couple points of articulation, and would rumble if you pulled the trigger. It was pretty cool.

and you can only build the decks you want from the included cards obviosuly, so you miss out on some synnergies you might've liked in the game
overall though i'm pleased, i just love witcher 3 and was a big fan of the gwent minigame.

Yes. Fucking Rome 2. The tolerances on the wood for my catapult were terrible so it didn't really fit. I regret it mostly because the game was shit for a long time and I got jewed out of DLC on top of it. I like the chess set for one of their shogun 2 special editions though.
