S4 League is an online fast-paced anime style Third Person Shooter taking place in a virtual world called the netsphere, themed around sports and being stylish as fuck while you destroy your opponents. Released as a free to play in 2008, it is in my opinion one of the last games with a great design philosophy behind it, if that makes sense. The learning curve and the skill gap were both very high, but it made being good at the game extremely rewarding on top of allowing the community to thrive by having the more experienced players training those who were ready to learn. The soundtrack/announcer are kino and playing dressing up to be good looking was great since you could see your character at all times. But it had to be ruined by greedy Korean vultures and poor decisions, sadly. Thankfully, there's no such things in s4max and we had fun these past months.

No balance changes until the season 8 emulator is ready meaning you have to play the open beta meta. Female hitboxes need to be changed and made equal to the Male character's as balancing weapons beforehand is meaningless.
