Turn based RPG with sex attacks. You play as male MC, females are enemies. Enemies try to dom and fuck you for damage, get rewarded with more sex scenes by healing yourself and staying alive, but it's an RPG, lose too much HP and you die.

Some of the saboten games rely on that system and it feels really rewarding having an RPG without GoR.
