video games wouldnt have changed my life that much, but some other life events definitely would have changed it

Ive spat in the face of every opportunity I ever got. So even if I didnt spend 30000 hours gaming I would still be a fuck up. Because im just a stupid person. And by stupid I mean actually stupid. Otherwise I wouldnt be a failure at everything I attempt including video games.
eg I have 11000 hours in dota and at 1.1k mmr. Which is bottom 10% skill level. I'm just stupid to ever have stood a chance in life.

I always hated the "im too stupid" excuse. You are on the internet right now. There are millions of sites to gain knowledge. You are lazy not stupid.

Nobody's life would have changed much. You would have pissed away that time reading or watching TV or YT videos.

Probably would be about done with college right now about to begin my life from a solid position.

I'm also lazy but it's wrong to cry over yourself. There are definitely many things you can learn to improve your life, all teachings easily available to you thanks to an internet connection.
If you simply are in total lack of discipline like me, you can learn that too
