Only in the late game is it fun, the first half of cars that are unlocked are slugish.
Also playing online everyone's awful at that game, I won my first 10 matches and never tried again.

Maybe HP2 has a widescreen patch when emulated but I wouldn't recommend anything besides playing the game on a PS2. PCSX2 sucks.

no, they have actual widescreen fixes and patches for the pc games. the only one that's really stuck in 4:3 is nfs2. 3:hp and higher all have patches. only issue they have is the ancient securom drm which is easily fixed with a cd crack.
