Not him but that's EXACTLY how it works. Thin bloods are what happens when the 'generations' of vampire go too far from the original Caine stock. The ones you meet in the last game all had traits of different clans but were watered as they're semi-human.

played it for the first time this week and and it was ok the first run but kinda weak the second run
the only choice i seem to have is to either lose humanity or not and it doesn't even matter that much
gameplay wise you either go invisible or start spaming the same attack combo over and over again
a shitload of walking back and forward for fetch quests
persuasion, seduction, intimidation and dominate/dementia might as well be the same thing
Nosferatu was lame, i could play the entire game on the streets without invisibility with no problems, maybe even a bit too easy since you can eat rats and spam the bats thingie while invisible
Malkavian is just silly text over the normal text and some unique dialogue that doesn't matter.

Diablere bruh. Shit can basically justify almost anything down to straight up creating a new clan, if you're willing to take the risk. Being clannless justifies this even further as, by some measurements you're much better off as thinbloods are escaping a lot of the clan curses and get weird new disciplines nobody expects.

They don't really. They're their own game line that has limited crossover with the other games since it was one of the last to come out. Demon also never received a v20 update, so it'll probably be a long time until we see more Demon material if at all.

Also don't confuse the characters from Demon: the Fallen with generic demons worshiped by the Baali, Nephandi etc
You're supposed to realize that the idea of some kind of objective "power chart" only appeals to the kind of smooth-brained mouth breathers that have trouble remembering the order of rock paper scissors.

Nosferatu because we already got Brujah as the "warrior" clan and Tremere as the "mage" clan and it only makes sense for Nosferatu to fill the "stealth" clan. They're following a very traditional class system for VtMB2, at least it's the way I see its game design.

That's a thing in several TTRPGs. There are things that can happen to a player, such as hitting 0 Humanity, where they become 'unsuitable' as a PC, but can still be an NPC that has some level of functionality.

A vampire who has a humanity or path score of zero experiences one last frenzy called Wassail and is permanently in the thrall of the Beast, but that doesn't mean they're permanently frenzied.

True Faith is powerful. Nobody will deny that. But if you see hunter on a list of playable supernaturals and immediately think True Faith, you're thinking of the wrong kind of hunter. A guy who beats a ghoul to death with a tire iron because there was something weird about him is technically a hunter. So is Society of Leopold member with a pip in True Faith. However, if you're comparing various game lines, a hunter refers to the Imbued.

Not necessarily. For a vampire that still retains humanity (or their path) the only time the beast takes over is during frenzy. Vampires only frenzy during periods of extreme duress. (hunger, pain, exposure to fire or sunlight) A wight that isn't experiencing those wouldn't require the immediate fight or flight response.
