If it were exclusive or even a timed exclusive they would have plastered that all over yesterdays teaser, but they didn't. There is absolutely no way they'd go through with such a massive trailer reveal only to not brag endlessly about something like that.
Remember Sony isn't even at E3 this year and SE took their timeslot. It's not exclusive or timed, it's on everything.
It is coming first to PS4, Sony paid for 1 year of exclusivity for Crash Bandicoot remake, MS paid 1 year for Tomb Raider, expect this game to be at least 1-2 year exclusive.
Let's be honest now, crash and tomb raider are nowhere near the level of FF7. If that were the case Sony would undoubtedly be spamming that it's exclusive everywhere, they also wouldn't have paid to show it off in their 10 minute direct knowing that they won't be at E3 to do the full reveal themselves.
Even on games that aren't exclusive companies for years have been trying their hardest to portray them as such, in this case Sony isn't even attempting so obviously there is no exclusivity.

Look at this video, look at this page, examine it top to bottom. Nowhere does it say anything even subtly related to exclusivity. You've seen E3 events before, you've seen reveals, IF a game is exclusive or timed it'll be spammed to the high heavens. This is the official playstation page too, not a single word. Even the announcer at state of play said "we can't wait to see more" and not " we can't wait to show you more".
