if that doesnt work, put some hydrogen peroxide, the stuff in the brown bottle you buy at the store at 5% concentration, about 2 drops directly into your ear and hold your head sideways to let it sit for a few minutes.

This is a devil's bargain. Hydrogen peroxide doesn't actually dissolve ear wax, the mechanical stimulation from the bubbling is what breaks it up. The end result of this is you break it up but then it later just rehardens to the walls with addd gaps for new, additional wax. Just go to a doctor and have them use the water pick and tweezers to get it out.
Also I'm assuming you've heard this before if you someone with drainage problems like me, but don't even put q-tips into your ear, you just pack the wax in further.

the bubbles break up the wax and you just scrape it out, I use loops made from garden twisty ties to pull anything out and after showers. My ears are completely clean, I haven't used qtips in nearly a month and my ears are ultraclean. I haven't had an ear infection or clog in nearly 10 years.

If you have an ear infection then a half and half mixture of rubbing alcohol and distilled vinegar might help. That seems to help me since last year I started to get inflamed ears every few months.
