I think nintendo has proven time and time again you can't really judge their hardware using specs on a sheet of paper.

After all, I was convinced to buy the game on Switch after seeing positive remarks about it on a Yea Forums thread(after spending minimal time with the game on initial launch). A better perfomance makes a more enjoyable experience but it doesn't break the game.
I mean I wouldn't recommend the PS3/360/Switch versions to anyone since the PC release but the game is still enjoyable
PS4/X1 versions might be alright so I'd go for that if I have no PC but DD was made with MT Frameworks back when it was powered by fairy dust. It works on toasters

That's a fair point, but I don't think I'm happy playing the game on switch because I'm a nintendo fan; I've been an idort since the GC/Xbox generation and could have just as easily bought this game on my Xbone.

There are people who were pissed/disappointed because the DMC HD collection wasn't getting released on Switch because they have been interested in playing the games for years.
Games that released on the fucking PS2 which you can easily mod, somewhat emulate, 3 was also on PC and the HD collection was released on many platforms.

User experience also comes into play user, I was merely stating that hardware specifications aren't the only thing in play (which is clear, otherwise we'd all be PC gamers).
My impression of a lot of the hate the switch gets is that some people are unwilling to trade off any amount of specs for any reason whatsoever (within reason). which is fine, but a lot of those people don't buy switch's in the first place, so I'm going to be a little skeptical when they list reasons I shouldn't be enjoying a game on the system, or that I actually wasn't even having fun in the first place.

I balked when the Switch launched and thought it was far too underpowered to be worthwhile. After actually playing a game in portable mode in my bedroom, then going to the living room and docking, then playing on my tv seamlessly, my attitude changed.
These are experiences that are not easily communicated via spec sheets, but are no less vital to user satisfaction IMO.

I only have a switch to play like a few of nintendo games. i mostly play on PC. i dont get why people limit their variety only with switch. These games are much older and cost less and run better on previous gen consoles (PS3/360). Third party games are garbage on switch, just crack a game and play it with mods on pc. simple.
