I remember that place exactly, holy shit. There were different levels of challenges organized by difficulty and the number of players you needed to cooperate.

It just sucks that if you are not a dev, you basically don't get anything really from it anymore.
There's not a sense of community if you are just a player (with the forums dead and war groups dying.)
The games just feel kinda bland, it's kinda hard to say, they have a higher quality if you compare with stuff like Nintendo Minigames or Hide-n-seek EXTREME, but they aren't fun to play.
Most of the time they also are just a rip-off from an already popular Steam game but worse, not really much to add except all the characters are just blocky and microtransacations.
At least in some cases like Robot 64, it has enough features to stand out from it's inspiration (Mario 64/Hat in Time)... sadly this doesn't apply to most games on the frontpage.

2010 - 2012 was good
2013 - present is fucking atrocious.

A big part of it is greed, and also them adding more functionality to their Lua engine. Before, everything was hard as fuck to make and their Lua was basic of the basic. Then they added more functionality and ability to script shit and it all went downhill from there.

Also that one dude died who was preventing the game from going full mega corporation, and the team turned roblox into a greed run money printer.

There isn't, not because there's nothing like it, but because once you've experienced one online community you've experienced them all, the first online game you play and enjoy is always going to be the one you remember as being exciting and interesting.
