I have two things on the top of my mind i was never able to understand nor explain.

The first and less weird: when I was a kid, I was in an aunt's house taking a shit, and I heard heavy footsteps walk to the front of my door. Somebody tried opening the door, but I locked before going in. I asked who it was but the person just wildly started pounding at the door and trying to turn the knob. After a while in which i kept telling whoever he was to leave me alone while covering my face completely scared, the person left. I sat there for a while and eventually left thinking it was my older cousin playing a prank on me. But when I went downstairs to tell on him, both my mother and aunt were there eating with him, and both swore he had been there all the time. I highly doubt they lied, since both of them are very strict and do not condone that kind of shit.

Second thing, when I was even younger I used to see things in the dark. Images, not like the weird static you usually see, but clear images of weird shit coming to get me. They never actually did anything to me, they just chased me and then disappeared. They eventually stopped appearing as I grew older, but I remember the vivid images and how horrible it was for me as a child

I believe two things
our brain is really powerful and is capable of feeling with our eyes, ears, smell, touch, etc, things that aren't real because it's addicted to feelings and imagination, so autosuggestion usually is a big factor of seeing/perceiving things

but also, we are taught from a really young age to not believe in such things, thus ignoring a lot of things that are existing around us

I am. The bathroom thing was when I was about 9. The images stuff was waaaaaay before. Probably since around my earliest memories, to around maybe when I was 6 or 7 years old. I can't really say when or why it stopped, it just suddenly did. There's actually a lot of stories I remember regarding those weird images, but it would take too long for me to write it all.
As of now, well since the bathroom thing I don't think I have ever experienced anything else that could be unusual or paranormal. My life in fact is so "normal" in that aspect, most of the time I forget about that stuff unless something reminds me of it. And then I become really mortified for not knowing what the fuck it was, nor having an explanation. I mean, the images were legit vivid, they moved, they were real to me. I was never even allowed near gory or scary stuff around that age. Hell, the "scariest" thing I ever saw around that time was scooby-doo like stuff, or other cartoonish Halloween-like themed stuff in a Saturday cartoon like Popeye; so it really bothers me to think, if this was all in my mind, how the hell did my infant mind was able to see things like a fucking decapitated woman chasing me around with jerky and twitchy movements?? It get goosebumps whenever I remember...
I have tried asking many people. My parents back in the day took me to see lots of psychologist, and even religious figures. No one was ever able to give me an answer. No one was even able to find a "cure", really. It just suddenly... stopped

I was watching X-files S4E12 (Leonard Betts), and the episode ends with Scully getting a nosebleed. At the exact same time I shit you not, I started having a nosebleed.
Within the context of the episode, the nosebleed implies Scully has cancer.

I went to see my doctor, but she said there wasn't enough reason to test my blood for leukemia because I have no symptoms.

Not that one. She was one of the first "images" I remember, so it was one of the ones that got most of a reaction from me and my parents. When I saw that, I started screaming at the top of my lungs in panic. I was absolutely terrified, and my mother decided to turn on the lights and allowing me to sleep with the lights on; due to the "images" I was sleeping with my parents and I had been begging her all night long to turn on the lights, and after seeing me panic like that, well... I guess that's when she finally decided to give in. So she turned on the lights, the "images" stopped, and I was able to fall asleep.

But see that is the weird thing... the other "images" that did get to me, they usually just got in front and on top of me until the filled my vision, and then they just... well... disappeared in some sort of blue-ish blurry like "smoke" thing. I really can't describe it better than that. Others didn't disappear, they just stayed there and did weird shit like dance around me and stuff. But as I said, nothing ever really happened beyond them just being "images", which is why I started calling them that. But some where very grotesque and very scary for me to even start to imagine an explanation as to how or why, specially considering how young I was....

I had nosebleeding from a really young age, and is a seasonal thing
so I don't think is really big problem your, there are a lot of factors for it
