The Switch is selling better in early 2019 than it did during early 2018. This can be seen in Nintendo's reports in which Switch sales have gone up by 12%. This can be seen in the NPD results in which Switch units sold have been seeing YoY increases for each month in 2019. Clearly the demand for the Switch isn't dying.
Yes, it sucks that the Switch didn't get any big games during the start of 2019, but it's selling well regardless of a drought. And the Switch will only sell better once shit like Super Mario Maker 2 is released.
