Quit alcohol/drugs/smoking if you do it, have a set 7-8 hour sleep schedule, shower daily and brush your teeth twice a day, go for a walk/get some sunshine and fresh air twice a day, limit the fast food and snacks you eat, and take a multivitamin. It's really hard to feel optimistic about the world if you don't feel good physically or feel good about yourself mentally and emotionally.

Maybe it's just me but the modern/Gen Z Yea Forums memes like Boomer, Zoomer, Doomer, Bloomer, NPC, Honkler, etc. feel like they have a very reddit/social media/normalfag vibe to me, like they're part of slick "find the newest epic meme(TM)" marketing campaigns.
