Hear me out: Symbiote Game that doesn’t necesarily include Venom
>Action game in the vein of God of War or Devil May Cry
>You get to choose what kind of Symbiote you get, but your symbiote eats other symbiotes and absorbs their powers
>Rage mode where you do the teeth and tongue thing and do more ferocious attacks
>Fight other symbiote fuckers to gain their powers, first guy you fight gives you tendrils so you can web zip around in later levels while also incorporating them into your attacks, like grabbing or setting up ropes so you can lariat dudes
>Other symbiotes give you upgrades that act as weapons (Summoning lots of teeth and mouths in more creative ways, greater control of tendrils so you can use them as whips, turning limbs into tools and weapons a la Carnage)
>Final boss is someone with an Anti-Venom symbiote with the same copy powers as you who is also hunting down Symbiotes, he’s basically your Virgil, but even edgier

My vision for it, let the dialogue be not cinematic and more of a natural feel to it kinda like the older gen comics, but without the story of them in it, it gotta be new and it needs real time and open world too and some parts have linear levels others don't, not the feel of ultimate Spider-Man or Spider-Man 2 but differenty.
I want Venom to be full of life and energy and have ton of moves and I wanna interact with the environment in many ways and maybe make it rated M for Mature.

Back in 1997, New Line Cinema had the rights to both Venom and Carnage and was planning to put the villainous characters together in a new movie. It also saw Venom pitted as an anti-hero of sorts, going up against Carnage. Though details of the defunct project are scarce, media reports at the time suggested Dolph Lundgren was in the frame to play Eddie Brock, the unfortunate journalist who ends up bonding with the alien symbiote Venom.
Shame it never got made, would've undoubtedly been a fun B-movie. Plus Lundgren actually had the physique to match Eddie as portrayed in the comics. That said, the alien spider idea is kinda dumb. I actually thought the film last year using the vaguely spider-shaped white veins was a pretty clever way of getting around it.
