i dont play multiplayer games to mute everyone. in quake and other multiplayer games i can banter with people, tell some dumb jokes and have fun, in hots aswell, but leagues's community ruin the whole game.

league ban system works like that:
first you get a chat mute, then you get an explicit warning.
after both you get a 14 day ban, then you 2 more 14 day bans, and after its permaban.
also its worth to mention that it kind of resets after some time of no missbehaving. you really have to be a ridiculous dumb sperg to get a perma in league
