thanks slowpoke
I really hope they didn't butcher tifas design
Would it be acceptable?
>episodic
shits fucked still
did they mention it still being in parts given just how long this thing has been "in/dev" I find that really hard to believe we're almost at the tail end of the PS4s life now,I still maintain that square will try to release this on everything & the kitchen sink after it's reveal
there's just too much money they'd be missing out on by making it an exclusive to only one console
Tits not nearly big enough.
How's this?
Why would anyone want a chink Tifa?
I hope they increase party limit to at least four.
I want to have Yuffie, Tifa and Red.
Personally I've never been a fan of faces like that when the model is overall more realistic.
Because Asian women are superior?
How is magic going to work in this game? It was absolutely awful in FFXV. In Kigdom Hearts the magic is okay but very basic compared to turn based games. Will we still have stuff like the Enemy Skill material that lets you copy enemy attacks and use them? Action based combat is great for the whole "hitting things with a big sword" part of the game but the rest of the combat has me worried.
That's true but Tifa isn't asian and I like her the way she is.
COOL
AS
FUCK
day one buy if it's not episodic bs
Those bastards better keep her eyes red.
I'm still feel like it's 100% real , it's there and official and all but I just don't feel like it's real, don't even really like final fantasy.
Really fucking weird feeling
>Yuffie
>Episode 1
You'll be lucky if you can even reach the motorcycle section.
*Not real
Stupid me
Jesus Christ it's looks so bad. Literally generic girl from DoA.
According to the leak that user made up, first episode will end after you steal the Tiny Bronco.
No ATB, no buy.
That's a terrible ending point. It's immediately after you recruit a new party member and acquire a new form of transportation, yet still isn't a pivotal moment in the plot.
looks great, i dont give a fuck what yall think
Are we 100% sure they are still doing the episodic thing? It's been a long time since they mentioned it and with the huge backlash it got and the many delays the game has had I'm kinda hoping they changed their minds.
Yeah so you just HAVE TO buy episode two right?
The original was 3 discs
Nice (fe)male
Yeah, dunno.
Would it be better that they cut content and not do an episodic thing?
At some point they were saying that the game was so incredibly massive that they had to release it in many parts like this.
I was kind of OK with it, if it's true that the game is truly massive.
What I'm worried about is that the game isn't going to be so huge, it just spent a long time in development hell and they don't have all that much to show for it. But they might still release it in many parts because they've got to really milk this thing now.
>ff7 remake
>95% of the content in the trailer is new padding that wasn't in the original
The 3 part milking is still happening
I think the thing they would have to do to make it work as a single release without cutting content is use the same world map system as the original when travelling between towns. However what they are probably trying to do is have an actual open world with a proper air ship you can fly around in (similar to FFXV) and that's probably why the game has ended up being so big.
>padding
like what most of the stuff in this very trailer was already in game years back just with a much "newer" coat of paint
>it's been 4 years and this is all they have to show us
anyone else kind of pissed? whatever they're showing in june better be good.
Yeah makes sense.
I do like open worlds in general but doing those must be so much work that there's necessarily less time for other things in the game, and there aren't that many ways to make it work out and try to benefit from your open world, so those games tend to become "open world games" with similar characteristics.
They might have been trying to do the same thing with FF7 that they did with FF15. That'd be an awful lot of work.
Some user posted that the way it'll work is that when you're on the world map, it progressively zooms out as you get farther from towns (or points of interests I guess). So there can be less detail in the space between points of interests. Dunno if true, but it sounds like a good idea.
we'll see in one more month user, maybe they'll finally tell us which console the game will actually release on
PS 5 and XBox Two.
