No. Marvelous spun off the Senran Kagura development into it's own wholly owned subsidiary. Nothing changes in that leadership. He went to Cygames to do a non Senran Kagura game (published by Marvelous)

So it is like when nintendo let sakurai create sora ltd so he can do whatever he wanted with smash but ultimately it is still a nintendo title (in this case marvelous)?
