>still not gear score 500
fuck everything I just want to play video games.

game is hot garbage

No content and raid got pushed back. There's nothing to talk about because everyone has pretty much everything they want by this point. Even when the raid releases that's ONE new thing to do.

It's currently the finest skinnerbox money can buy. If you have any heady suggestions be my fucking guest.

I fucking hate Ubisoft's forced grinding to get through the campaign of this game (Odyssey had this same problem). This game is so dead on PS4 I can't even quickplay into a random match to grind so I'm at a standstill.

>buying a bugged second game instead of the first game that is cheaper with more features

remember where peoples actually had different builds that didn't involve in just using the heal chem launcher and hive reviver ? Also ubi is legit afraid of fun so they will nerf everything you love.

should've played on PC Bucko. We only have to deal with memory leaks and retarded cpu usage.

I doubt my toaster could run it at 60 fps, otherwise I would have.

>Also ubi is legit afraid of fun so they will nerf everything you love
This is what killed it. They're so goddamn afraid of something being OP they nerf it into the ground at the slightest whiff of a gun/build/skill being OP. They have zero clue how to balance and their only solution is nerf, nerf, nerf

fair.
I've got a 2700X with a 1080 and my cpu gets up to 70c+ running the game at 144 fps.
Fuck that I locked it at 60 fps on ultra and now my whole pc is 40c or lower so I can switch screens and shit. I wish there was cross play so I could team up with my console babby friends.

Any tips on how to grind? I just want to clear the main campaign.

The game's great but the balance is way off. They pushed back the raid and some major balance changes. No point in playing until next week.

Oh shit did it die already? I joined one of the /vg/ clans but lost interest in the game.

main quest > side quest > control point thru 30. 3 strongholds unlocks wt 1.
from then on do invaded missions and strongholds discarding everything to boost gear score. you should get through wt 1-3 Relatively quick doing control points / bounties / invaded missions. in wt 4 do control points until the final stronghold.
wt 5 do lvl 3 control points and weeklies / hard missions until gear score 500. Then get exotics and blueprints.

Just as long as they don't nerf LMG. I fucking love LMG

thanks

They gutted Frenzy on the ptr. We'll see what happens when the patch notes for next week get uploaded.

There's a lot riding on those notes for this game for me.

Who /nemesis sniper/ here ? I swear the devs are making the process of getting exotics as tedious as possible in this game.

Damage talents got brought down a peg or two, but enemy health and armor also got brought down aswell. Overall TTK is a bit faster than current patch.

yeah np. Honestly it's a bit of a slog, but within 100 hours nose to the grindstone you'll be completely done and ready for new content.
Sounds nuts but I've put 300 hrs into mhw, each souls game, mountain blade, you name it. It's a fine enough game I guess I just hope I can make some friends come raid time.

Nothing to do until T3 next week and raid the week after

I kind of knew going into this it'd be a slog, but I figured it would keep me busy all Summer. I can't say no to games with so much content.

it's kinda just doing the same shit over and over but it's the only competent/good loot shooter and 3rd person shooter so I like it. They better come through with content soon though or it seems like some veteran players are gonna start jumping ship.

TTK never really seemed like the issue to me. The talents and gear sets aren't any fun when all of the values are so low. All of these 5, 10, and 15% values don't feel like they do anything. Especially when the durations are short and the cooldowns high. The build requirements scream at you to invest in talents that do nothing. At least this brings them in line with the weak gear sets. We'll see what the buffs on those look like.

There's an interesting and complex game in there somewhere but it feels like we're regressing with each patch.
