The things I like about Persona games as far as Socialisation is concerned is that you can never say the wrong thing.
You can never say anything that will completely piss off your friend that will cause an tense atmosphere every time you have to hang around with them. I know you sort of can in P3 but they still go on your team and that and there's no real repercussions.
The other characters never go round talking behind your back
You can't accidentally say something that will get you in trouble at work
You don't have to read situations and facial expressions in a constant QTE

friends are a meme and won't get you in life anywhere user, better get hobbies and improve yourself instead

That's the closest you'll get to dating elements.

Final Fantasy just evokes that feel of having friends and a social life. Especially XV where you go on a road trip and do side shit like fishing with your bros. I recommended VIII because does the whole school academy stuff.

Another few games I'd also recommend are Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, Animal Crossing and Trails of Cold Steel 1.
Otherwise you're shit out of luck.
