Sepriah Meltdowns just require getting to the end with the energy. You don't have to deal with the Meltdown

If you like the idea of running your own Not-SCP facility dealing with Not-SCPs, researching them, finding out how to handle them and controlling their breaches, you most likely enjoy it. It has the same kind feel as with XCom how you get random employees and grow to them just to lose them.

You heard wrong, it's the easiest midnight. Group all your dudes and immediately rush it, attacking it on the left hand side to avoid its laser. You should be able to kill it before it deals damage to anyone. If not then you have to dodge the laser with an elevator hop.

One playthrough consist of several restarts from day one. All previous runs matter though because you keep all the equipments and info and achieved mission rewards.

There are two ways to get each ending
1. Fail to Suppresses the cores of a certain level Asiyah/Briah/Atziluth by the endgame/spoiler]
2. Fail day 47/48/49 (for endings A/B/C)

having 13+ employees waiting at the hallway of each abnormalities and enter it as soon as meltdown begins

Yeah, there's quite a few good ones that give a good benefit that don't result in death (if used properly). Part of the fun is figuring out what does what.

As far as I recall it went like this:
Beating the Arbiter is all that matters. To beat her I had an all-ALEPH near max stats kill squad in the elevator near where she spawns and agents stationed outside of every abnormality to immediately stun and remove her resists so she immediately gets phased into phase 2 since the kill squad chunks her down while she's still stunned.

When she did the meltdowns for phase 2 I paused and let whoever die die because it wouldn't be feasible otherwise. If members of the kill squad died and my dps was too low that was probably a loss. I lost agents to the pause and to the wave meltdowns which started to make things more difficult. I think Big Bird escaped at this time.

I had enough agents left to do the meltdowns to remove the resistances enough to make it to phase 3. Then, having major casualties at this point I scrounged everyone I could to do the pillar meltdowns to remove immunity, did all the damage I could with the kill team before they all died and then called in the bunny squad to finish the job while one person hid in the shelter.

I've seen videos of it being done much easier, but that involved getting ALL the ALEPH gear, ONLY having abnormalities which wouldn't interfere and having a ton of max level agents to just immediately phase the Arbiter in a couple of seconds.

I believe how the energy thing worked in the legacy version is that you needed to keep abnormalities above a certain happiness point, after that energy would build up so you'd have to let it overflow a bit to be considered done.
