FOW is widely regarded very poorly in the actual animation community, mainly by other animators. The guy in charge of it, DarkCrow, is notorious for being a giant asshole, dragging out projects, and failing to pay contracted out animators for their work. There's a list of stuff dating back to 2016 with people not being paid for work they did for FOW.
There's other stuff, too. For example, FOW-chan was voted to be in an animation years back, and this was used to drum up hype and Patreon support. They never delivered and banned anyone that asked on their Discord. DarkCrow would regularly shit on animators when they called him out for failing to pay by claiming the animator was hard to work with and delivered something poor, even though they had zero issues releasing the actual animation months prior. Also, FOW's main animation team largely quit late last year, so I have no idea who is working on this since they've been relying on contracting animators for the last ~2 years for most of the work.

There's too much shit out there, to the point that I'm surprised someone hasn't compiled it all and dumped it. These people don't deserve any money, yet retards just eat this shit up.
