The major spook is that everyone seems to think there's a 3rd Generation vampire inside of it. The ship that the sarcophagus came in on was a bloodbath and the Sarcophagus was opened from the inside so it may actually have been an Antediluvian but since there were no kindred on the ship it couldn't get enough blood to stay awake. It may also have just been Jack covering his tracks while making sure nobody could get their hands on a sleeping ancient for diablerie purposes or worse. Jack took the body (or vampire in torpor) out of the sarcophagus and is seen chatting with it in the final scene of the game.

It's practically impossible to know. For all we know the trauma of being sexually abused caused her to create Jeannette as a way to distance her "good girl" personality from the sexual abuse. It may be that her personalities came into "conflict" because the good girl persona was jealous that her father favored the bad girl persona.
Or it could be that they were actually sisters and Therese couldn't cope with being separated from her sister so she created a persona to "replace" her. For all we know the real Jeannette is still out there somewhere, potentially having died as a mortal.

Yes, will have Fortitude and Dominate disciplines. Fortitude will have two powers, one is toughness which will reduce the damage you take. The other one will be Prowess, where the more damage you take the more damage you will deal while it's active. For Dominate you will have Cloud Memory, which will temporarily disable an NPC, and Terminal Decree, which will cause the target to harm or even kill themselves. Dominate will feature dialogue options similar to the first game.

100% this, the question is after all "favorite" clan and even thought I played Gangrel and have a sweat spot for them because they were my first clan to be introduced to WoD. I still would pick my fem Malk playthrough just because it's so unique compared to any other clan.
Also Brujah doesn't really have anything interesting going for them in a game with mediocre melee combat even with Celerity.
(Toreador gets away with Celerity because they have Auspex that makes the game like a budget version of Max Payne)
