Move to PNW. It rains a lot, but the land is actually adapted to rain, so it almost never floods. Plus the coast and rainforest keep the weather mild, so its always doable, rarely snows or freezes or heatwaves.

Just live on the north side. I live like 5 minutes off of 290 and it never floods. Shit, the power didn't even go out when Harvey came through even though I-10 was absolutely fucked just 15 mins south of here.

Only RoR2 has copy/paste lobbies. RoR1 was direct IP/Port connection.

The core mechanics are all there, and the new additions like 3d printers and splitting money/equipment barrels are great. It's just the fact that it's in Early-Access that makes it look boring as shit.

The update schedule makes me extremely leery, but as long as we can get 4~6 more stages and artifacts, it'll be pretty good.

I never played much of one so I can't help you there.

It feels like risk of rain in 3d, very fun game but there's not that much content yet compared to 1. You can easily get around 40-50 hours out of the game in it's current state if you're not autistic.

Can any of you bros give me a quick rundown on the Risk of Rain plot? Any answers to the following questions would be appreciated:

>Who is Providence?
>Why did he attack the ship from RoR1?
>Was there a canon ending to RoR1? If so, what happened? Was Providence defeated? Which survivor(s) defeated him?
>Did the survivors from the first game truly escape from the planet? If so, are the RoR2 survivors different people even though they are the same "classes"?
>When does RoR2 take place? Does it take place after the first game, or does it take place at the same time with a different group of survivors from the same crash?
>Is Chef really a chef?
