In this strategy, the main problem Water Absorb has is that it allows a user with Scald to put out a lot of damage. If that user can do more damage, then he'll keep Scald in play. The problem with this strategy is that Ice Heal can make the Water Absorb user even more dangerous, even if we don't set Water Absorb.
This is how we can deal with water users with Ice Heal.
If a user with Scald cannot put out much damage, the player who wants to stay alive at all times can set Ice Heal.

This week, Square Enix's open beta test of FFXI has revealed a new patch for the game, making a number of changes that fans of the world's most popular MMORPG and its open beta community have praised. However, a major feature missing from FFXI is the ability to unlock new class combinations.
The new patch includes a new UI to show you what new skills are available, as well as a new achievement system that shows you the percentage of players that you need to complete new story quests before they appear in the game, which was included in the alpha version.
While the patch does not address the fact that the game cannot unlock class combinations in its current state, one of the most popular responses to the patch was to say that if they did change the amount of skill slots available in FFI, that would be for the better.

The message comes after the church last week received threats of violence from members of the Klu Klux Klan, which has a history of targeted protests and violence against minorities in the country, and a white nationalist group that claims to be led by former Ku Klux Klan member David Duke.
It also comes after another church, First Church of Christ, was vandalized, with messages of "Trump's America" posted to walls. And it follows days of protests outside the building, which the church had planned to open later that week.
While the church says the protest was sparked by a complaint from church staff against the display, protesters say it was a deliberate plot to destroy a memorial to the late president, Barack Obama.
The church says on its website that Obama was "a champion of black, Jewish and all other human rights" as well as "the first black president and best human rights advocate of our day."
