And once a game is out, if you lower the rates you make the current userbase go apeshit, you can only ever improve things.

You use drinks and keys to enhance pp skills. Generally only SSR skills worth upgrading.

Select skill to upgrade. Drink (press plus) to max stamina, then just run it. Repeat until all keys/drinks in shop have been depleted.
Wear all the stamina gear you have and equip the event gear on your home girl, ace, and 2nd. Have the climber wear it as well. If there isn't 4 girls on the screen, you're doing it wrong.

If the suit has a 5% passive stat, then it's the highest tier you can awaken for skills. If you fully awaken it, it will give you a 13pp 11% skill. If you fully upgrade that skill, it will become 27%. Keep in mind that it will overwrite your suit's original 11% if you use it on the same suit. So it's best to get a skill from a suit you don't care for, so it doesn't overwrite your main suit's passive.
