During the bourgeoisie revolutions of a couple centuries ago, when the feudal ruling class got their heads cut off, this left a power vacuum where the new ruling class became those merchants and bankers, who were disproportionately jews because that was where all the successful jews were since they couldn't be anything else.

you are asking how socialism works, communism is how socialism ends up, it is the same as socialism but with out an over arching state construct, as the state has become unnecessary and allowed to simply die.

One goal of socialism is to try and improve working conditions for all, which includes fair conditions. For example, a more difficult or dangerous job might require you to work fewer hours. Under socialism everyone enjoys the same quality of life, one works to simply do their part as far as the community is concerned. As long as you are contributing the same relative amount of effort as everyone else you are fine.
