Right now I am gearing up to build a new PC for gaming. I mainly play Overwatch and I am less concerned about graphics and more concerned about frame rate. I have a little remote that lets me dim the lights/turn it off. But to answer your question no, you'd have sensitive eyes if it did bother you.
